Top left of hollow metal frame imperfections in the paint, need to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, paint, etc . in numerous locations especially to the right of Door 511B . 6. East wall to the left of Door 512 vinyl tile cut too short, VCT not set flush to the wall . 7. Bottom right of Door 51113 vinyl base is not set level. 8. VCT needs to be caulked where it abuts the hollow metal frame for Door 511B and also, left side of hollow metal frame 511B VCT cut short from the frame, would take a lot of caulking. 9. Right side of cabinetry counter top face and back splash needs to be cleaned of paint, caulking, etc. That is also true of the counter top itself. 10. Back left inside corner of the knee space, VCT flooring cut too short. Also, drywall above the vinyl base in this same area needs to be repainted and where the side end panel abuts the drywall, needs to be caulked in place. 11 . Sink needs to be caulked into the counter top. 12. Cabinet side panels and underside of upper cabinets above the sink needs to be caulked to the drywall. 13 . Ceiling tile above the upper cabinets cracked, damaged. 14. Ceiling grid around the boxed out area to the right of the base cabinets needs to be cleaned of paint. 15 . Return air grille not setting flush in the grid. 16. Ceiling tile to the northwest of A/C diffusers marks on the tile. 17 . Ceiling tile not setting flush in the grid at the boxed out area and the back wall at the upper cabinetry. File Room 513 1 . Bottom right of Door 513 VCT flooring cut too short at the vinyl base. Also, vinyl base not properly secured and drywall above this vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired. 2. Drywall to the left of the duplex outlet to the left of Door 513 needs to be patched and repaired. 3 . Left inside corner of the east wall VCT cut too short. 4. Northwest comer that is the back right corner VCT joint excessive, file appears to have slipped, needs to be replaced. 5. Ceiling tile and grid to the left of door 513 at the sprinkler head dirt and damaged. 6. Ceiling grid and ceiling tile at the east wall towards the left inside corner, tile damaged, grid finish scratched. 7. Ceiling grid along the south wall double grid ceiling, ceiling tile is stripped is not setting flush, large gap, unacceptable. 8 . Ceiling grid in front of Door 513 at the light fixture, bent and twisted. Production Room 514 1 . 2x2 light fixture above Door 512 not working. 2 . Carpet tile in front of Door 512 joints area very visible, need to be corrected in front of the door and to the right of the door. 3 . East wall between Door 512A and access leading into Open Office 509 vinyl base joint is excessive. 4. Vinyl base to the left of Door-513 is full of paint. 5 . Furniture being stored in this area. 6. Carpet tile stain on the carpet at the excess leading into Open Office Area 509. 7 . Counter top along the north wall left side at the back splash below data 43D& 44D needs to be cleaned. 8. East wall above the north duplex outlet dent in the wall at the underside of the upper cabinets, needs to be patched and repaired. 9. South wall to the left inside corner drywall needs to be patched and repaired at the underside of the upper wall cabinet. 10. Joints and counter tops needs to be filled, caulked flush.
