Vinyl base to the right of Door 511 on the Corridor side cut too short, needs to be repaired. 2. Joint at carpet in door 51 IA needs to be corrected. 3 . Bottom right of door 511A vinyl base jammed into the frame, not setting flush. 4. Hollow metal doorframe right side needs to be sanded and repainted on the face at the middle hinge and along the side where it abuts the drywall . 5 . Right inside comer to the right of door 511 A green accent needs to be cut in neat to the inside corner. 6. Carpet joint about the center almost center of the south wall needs to be corrected. 7 . Furniture installed in this room & Johnson control box on the south wall needs to be cleaned of paint. 9 . Vinyl base to the bottom left of Door 511 B not setting flush to the wall , needs to be corrected. Also, paint on the base needs to be cleaned . 10. Ceiling grid along the south wall, green accent paint on the grid needs to be cleaned. 11 . Base cabinet on the west wall to the right of Door 511B needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall . Also, drywall to the left edge of the counter top near Door 511 B needs to be patched and repaired. 12. Front face of counter top above the southernmost cabinet doors a dent in the top needs to be repaired. Also, paint on the counter top needs to be removed. 13. Right side face, right filler panel against the north wall needs to be cleaned of drywall, dust and paint. Also, wall is very rough and irregular in this general area needs to be sanded and repainted . 14 . Underside of hollow metal borrowed light BLl 511 needs to be sanded and repainted at the drywall and also the outside edges of the hollow metal frame. 15. Carpet stain in front of Door 51113 . 16. Drywall to the left of borrowed light BLl 511 pin holes in the drywall need to be patched and repaired. 17. Center light of BL1 borrowed light, right jamb needs to be cleaned of caulking and repainted . 18. Right borrowed light seal needs to be repainted in numerous areas. 19. Boxed out column in the northeast corner outside edges dented and damaged, needs to be repaired. 20. Escutcheon plates for sprinkler heads, the right or northern sprinkler head over the base cabinet needs to be pulled tight to the drywall . 27 . Ceiling grid above the borrowed light BLl 511 is chipped above the left portion of the center borrowed light. 28 . Outsides corner of the grid around the center drop soffit are open. 29 . Ceiling grid between the green accent wall and the dropped ceiling header appears to be sagging, not level. 30. Ceiling grid above the borrowed light BLl 511 three locations the grid, tiles are not setting flush to the grid. That is typical of numerous areas also in this room. Loun¢e Area 512 1 . Door 512 - Hollow metal frame that abuts the VCT flooring needs to be caulked in place. 2. Inside left of Door 512 vinyl base not secured to the wall.
