Ceiling grid off the exterior wall and in front to the south of the return air grille, damaged. 16. Ceiling grid to the top of left of Door 506 bent. 17 . Ceiling grid to the right of Door 506 at the east and west can light ceiling chipped . Also, top right corner grid has drywall mud and paint on it. 18 . Furniture is being installed at this time. Commissioner Office 507 1 . Door 507 needs to be adjusted, not closing properly, rubbing against the hinge on the strike side. 2 . Top right inside of Office 507 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . Bottom right of Door 507 vinyl base not secured. 4. Ceiling tile in front of Door 507 1 " full tile chipped on the edge. 5 . Electrical outlet to the right of Door 507 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, same with light switch outlet. 6. West wall between data 63D & 64D and quad outlet irregularities in the drywall approximately 2-4ft. off the floor. Also, center joint in vinyl base cut too large. 7 . Window sill right inside corner needs to be re-caulked. 8. Window sill needs to be cleaned of paint. 9. Ceiling tile and grid damaged at sprinkler head in front of return air grille. 10. East wall touch-up areas that have been repainted around the duplex outlet needs to be redone. 11 . Ceiling tile damaged in front of the northernmost sprinkler head. Also, in this same area to the west, light fixture not setting flush to the grid. 12. West wall, north end, grid along the wall is bent. 13 . Furniture is being installed at this time. Commissioner Office 508 1 . Hollow metal frame 508 right side of middle hinge frame has been patched and repaired, unacceptable. 2. Furniture is being installed at this time. 3 . Door 508 does not set plumb in the hollow metal door frame large gap at the bottom, tight at the top. 4. Bottom left of hollow metal door frame outside edge at vinyl base needs to be sanded, paint finish very rough and irregular. 5 . Vinyl base to the right of hollow metal door cut too short. 6. West wall center of the wall short piece of vinyl base installed, not acceptable. Joints exposed. Also, along the west wall south end below data outlet 67D & 68D carpet cut too short, vinyl base set too high and the inside corner of the vinyl base too large of a gap. 7 . Exterior windows need to be cleaned of paint especially the bottom right comer. S. East wall to the right of the duplex outlet imperfection in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 9. Paint needs to be cut in neater at the light switch to the right of Door 508. 10. Drywall finish between the light switch for the 2x4 fixtures and the light switch for the recessed cans irregular need to he sanded and repainted. 11 . Ceiling tile damaged, the 2°d full ceiling tile off the left exterior window, 1 " full ceiling tile off the east wall in front of the 2x4 light fixture and to the left of the fire sprinkler head . Also, the grid in this same location is dirty. 12. Light fixtures need to be cleaned of remains from plastic protective covering. Executive Aide Office 510 1 . Door locked, unable to punch out.
