Right inside corners of vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, etc. 11 . Ceiling tile damaged in front of the A/C diffuser between the A/C diffuser and the sprinkler head. 12. Ceiling tile off the east wall between the 2x4 light fixture and west of the A/C diffuser fingerprints on the tile. 13 . Ceiling grid damaged and ceiling grid uneven it this area off the left exterior window between sprinkler head and light fixture . Commissioner Office 505 1 . Carpet cut very irregular into the hollow metal door frame. 2. Bottom left inside face paint on the door edge needs to be cleaned. 3 . Vinyl base to the bottom right of hollow metal door frame 505 inside corner joint out too large. 4. Drywall finish around electrical outlet to the left of Door 505 needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular drywall . That is also true of the duplex receptacle on the west wall. 5 . Vinyl base joint on the west wall too large of a joint to the bottom right of the center quad outlet. 6. Window sill needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall mud. 7 . Electrical outlet on the east wall just to the left of the exterior wall needs to be sanded and touched-up with paint on tope edge. 8. Drywall to the right of the electrical outlet on the east wall the northernmost electrical outlet to the right of that approximately 4ft., irregularity in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. That is also true to the left of data outlet 54D and 53D . 9. Joint in vinyl base at the center of the east wall is large, unacceptable. 10. Bottom right and left inside and outside corners at the strike side of the door is chipped. 11 . Drywall around recessed can light switch needs to be cut in neat and clean and repainted or caulked. Also, to the right of this light switches need to be cleaned of drywall mud. 12 . Top right of Door 505 ceiling tile is damaged. 13 . Ceiling tile 1 " full ceiling rile off the east wall, 4d' full ceiling tile off the south wall, file is damaged. 14. Door needs to be adjusted, too much play in the door it has been engaged in the strike. 15. Furniture is being installed at this time. Commissioner Office 506 1 . Top head of hollow metal door frame 506, outside face needs to be re-sanded and repainted. 2 . Top right corner of hollow metal door is damaged. 3. Top left comer of hollow metal door needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 4. Bottom right corner of hollow metal door is damaged, there is a dent. 5 . Vinyl base to the right of hollow metal Door 506 has been damaged, pulled from the drywall, drywall is damaged. 6. East wall, duplex electrical outlet drywall needs to be sanded and repainted around the perimeter. 7 . East wall south right inside corner vinyl base not tightly secured, joint cut too large. Also, to the bottom right of the quad outlet in this same area on the east wall, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. Top right comer of the east wall ceiling grid damaged. 9. Drywall around data outlet 05D & 06D on east wall right side needs to be patched and repaired and repainted. 10. Window sill needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 11 . Right and left jambs need to be repainted. 12. Window needs to be cleaned of paint on both sides . 13. West wall drywall at data outlet 59D & 60D is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 14.
