Same area just above the vinyl base behind the legs of the counter top adjacent to the wall, drywall is damaged needs to be patched and repaired. 6. East wall center of the wall carpet cut too short, concrete floor exposed. Also, on that east wall, far right south inside corner, vinyl base joint small piece cut, needs to be redone. 7. Bottom left of Door 504 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. Joint in carpet at Door 504 needs to be re-worked. 9. Vinyl base to the right and left of 504 & 505 cut too short of hollow metal frame . 10. Drywall to the right of Door 505 below and around the electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is irregular. 11 . Top right of Door 506 where drywall abuts the hollow metal frame needs to sanded and repainted. 12. Vinyl base to the right and left of Doors 506, 507 & 508 cut too short, needs to be cut tight to the hollow metal frame. 13 . Drywall above Door 506 needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true above Door 507 where it abuts the hollow metal frame. 14 . Carpet to the right of Door 507, six inches to the right of the hollow metal door frame, irregularity in the floor tile to the carpet. 15 . Carpet joint at Door 508 needs to be re-worked, unacceptable. 16. Bottom right of Door 508 vinyl base not secured, no adhesive on the base. 17 . Outside comer in front of Door 510 vinyl base is not adhered, gape in the base also, drywall is damaged. 18 . Left inside corner to Door 510 vinyl base cut too short, also to the right side of hollow metal frame vinyl base is cut too short. 19. Outside corner of Office 510 the southeast outside corner vinyl base not secure. 20. West wall to the right of the outside corner of Office 510 above the vinyl base, dent in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 21 . Vinyl base in this area needs to be cleaned, a lot of scuff marks and paint on the vinyl base. 22. Vinyl base around free standing columns need to be cleaned of drywall, dust, etc . 23 . Ceiling grid around free standing column needs to be pulled tight to the ceiling. Also, ceiling rile to the north, east of the free standing column 2 tiles in this area has been damaged. 24. Ceiling grid the 4's ceiling grid off the wall and to the right of Door 505 and west of the A/C diffuser, damaged. 25 . 2x4 light fixture the 2"d one off of Door 505 prismatic lens missing. 26. Ceiling tile in northeast comer along the east wall adjacent to the return air grille tile is chipped. 27 . Ceiling the off the west side of Door 506 near the return air grill and 20 light fixture tile is chipped. 28 . 2x2 light fixture to the northwest of the free standing column, over the first cubicle, damaged lens. 29 . 2x4 ceiling tile at drywall opening leading towards Production Room 514 needs to set in grid properly where tile has been damaged. Commissioner Office 504 1 . Door 204 top edge has been damaged. 2 . Top edge of Door 504 outside face finish chipped. That is also true of the right side of the bottom hinge. 3 . Bottom left of Door 504 vinyl base is setting irregular on the drywall . Drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Top left corner drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 4. Furniture being installed in this Office at this time. 5 . Ceiling grid along the north wall center of the wall damaged, right corner damaged. 6. East wall electrical outlet coming off the north corner drywall around the outlet needs to be sanded and repaired, drywall irregular. 7 .
