Left side of vanity sink above the ceramic file base, painter' s tape has been left in the drywall finish, this needs to be removed and repaired. 6. Drywall to the left of the front face of the vanity top or counter top, irregularity in the drywall finish needs to be patched and repaired. 7. Drain line covers at the sink drains need to be secured properly, they are not in place . 8. Floor tile needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 9. Ceramic tile around the electrical outlet to the left of lavatory in the Handi-cap stall needs to be repaired. 10. Right inside corner of ceramic tile on the drywall on the north wall painters tape left in the finish. Needs to he repaired . Door 501 A west edge of door above middle hinge, finish is chipped. 2 . Commission Office Sign A-501 on the glass, this is unacceptable. Back side of adhesive visible, needs to be corrected. 3. Hollow metal frame for Door 501 A, right side the side light underside of sill and drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, left and right inside corners need to be sanded and repainted at the hollow metal frame. That is also true of the left side, double side lights, bottom inside corners of the frame need to be sanded and repainted. Underside of drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 4. Drywall to the left of hollow metal frame imperfections needs to be sanded and repainted. 5. Vinyl base to the right of Door 501B not properly secured to the wall . 6. Door 501B, finish on the metal door frame needs to be touched-up with paint near lockset. 7. Side of door between middle and top hinge needs to be cleaned of paint. 8. Inside face of door to the right of hollow metal frame finish is damaged, also chipped in the hollow metal view light frame . 9. Left door 501B inside corner of vinyl base cut too short. 10. South wall center of the wall above the vinyl base approximately 12 inches imperfections in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 11 . East wall far right light fixture not setting flush in the grid. Also, light fixture along the south wall parabolic lens is damaged. 12. Ceiling tile adjacent to the southern sprinkler head, tile is damaged . Open Area Corridor 502 — Waiting 503 - Open Office Area 509 1 . At this time System Furniture in place throughout this area. 2. Right side of drywall opening leading to Door 503A drywall damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. That is true of the left side also. 3 . North wall in the god Work Station to the right of the drywall opening between Door 503A middle of the wall damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 4. 3`d cubicle that eastern cubicle adjacent to the Commission Office Reception wall underneath the hook top counter, quad outlet needs drywall patched and repaired and data outlet 21D & 22D needs to be repainted around the perimeter.
