Vinyl base to the right cut too short at the Door 606 on the corridor side. 3 . Vinyl base to the left of Door 606 cut too short, full of paint. 4. Right side of hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall. 5. Drywall to the right of Door 606 approximately 4-5ft. off the door above the vinyl base in numerous areas the wall has been damaged , needs to be repaired and repainted. 6. North wall just to the left of wall mounted door stop, wall is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 7 . Exterior wall, west wall, vinyl base at the center of the wall, small 4 inch piece cut in, unacceptable. 8 . Exterior window, window sill needs to be caulked to the drywall and right and left hand sides. 9. Drywall jambs need to be cleaned of drywall mud. 10. Outside bottom edge of window sill needs to be cleaned of paint and bottom caulked to the drywall. 11 . Right and left sides of the window sill where it abuts the drywall needs to be neatly sanded, patched and repaired. 12. Comer of the A/C return air grille, the mitered corner is open, needs to be corrected. Office 607 1 . Top right and left of the hollow metal door frame 607 drywall is rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 2 . Inside face at the lockset and middle jamb paint on the finish of the door. 3 . Top left of hollow metal door frame and to the left of the middle jamb and between the middle and the bottom jamb drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Furniture completely installed in this room. 5 . Ceiling grid to the top left of Door 607 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 6. Window sill needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, right and left edges need to be sanded and repainted where they abut the drywall. 7. Exterior window needs to be cleaned at the jambs. 8. Double ceiling grid on the north and south walls, especially on the north wall is tapered, is not a parallel fit, this is unacceptable. Office 608 1 . Top right of hollow metal door frame 608 on corridor side needs to be sanded and repainted . 2 . Bottom right vinyl base cut too short to the hollow metal frame. 3. Bottom inside face of door paint on the finish. 4. Left side of hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted and also in general area the drywall to the top left and to the left of the door needs to be sanded and repainted, pin holes in the drywall finish. 5. Furniture completely installed in this office. 6. Top left of hollow metal Door 608, ceiling grid in the comer very rough, irregular, cut short, drywall mud on it, this needs to be corrected to be a neat clean corner. 7 . Ceiling the on the top left corner above Door 608 fingerprints on the tile. 8 . Exterior wall to the bottom right of the west exterior window, joint in vinyl base cut too large. 9. Left and right sides of window sill needs to be sanded where the drywall hits the sill to be flush and smooth. 10. Window framing needs to be cleaned of paint especially at the jambs. 11 . Ceiling grid where it abuts the wall especially to the far top right and the wall with Door 608 in it, drywall mud on it, paint, etc . 12. Ceiling tile at sprinkler head damaged.
