Inside face of bottom of door paint in the grain of the finish. 4. Bottom right of hollow metal door frame at the right inside corner drywall is very rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Furniture completely installed in this room 6. Window sill needs to be caulked on the right and left sides of the jambs. 7. Drywall jambs on the westernmost window on the left hand side needs to be cleaned of drywall dust and repainted as necessary. 8. Also, this inside comer where the accent color needs to be cut in neat and clean . 7 . Stain on the carpet below the right side of the exterior window. 8 . Exterior window drywall jambs paint needs to be cut in neat and clean, right caulking is visible. 9 . Left inside comer on the east wall at the boxed out area where the accent color and the field color meet, needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 10. Drywall below the wall mounted door stop in two locations, need to be patched and repaired. 11 . Ceiling grid at the left, that is the east boxed out area needs to be cleaned of paint. Also, the ceiling grid at the exterior wall needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, etc. 12. Left inside corner directly to the left of the exterior window approximately 12 inches up off the floor, inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, in this same area paint on the carpet in multiple locations. 13 . Carpet cut into the door frame very irregular, also debris on the floor has not been removed underneath the carpet.
