Bottom left of Door 611 at the corridor side vinyl base cut too short. <br /> 2 . Inside face right side of hollow metal frame vinyl base cut too short, caulking unacceptable. <br /> 3. Furniture being installed in this office. <br /> 4. West wall to the left of the duplex outlet irregularities in the drywall in numerous areas. Need to be corrected. <br /> 5. South wall bottom left of exterior window joint in the vinyl base too large. <br /> 6. Window sill where the sides meet the drywall needs to be sanded flush and level and repainted. That is also <br /> the left jamb face and outside comer needs to be sanded and repainted. Left and right side where there are <br /> imperfections in the drywall. <br /> 7 . Top left of exterior window at the drywall head needs to be cleaned of drywall debris, dust, etc. <br /> 8 . Southeast wall , south quad outlet to the left of data outlet 17D & 20D needs to be patched and repaired, <br /> sanded and repainted around the quad outlet. <br /> 9. Southeast wall middle of the wall small vinyl base cut in, unacceptable. <br /> 10. Drywall around the Johnson control box to the right of Door 611 needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> File Room 612 <br /> 1 . Left side of Door 612 on corridor side needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, to the left of the <br /> bottom hinge drywall above the vinyl base is very rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 2 . Transition strip not installed between the carpet and the VCT at the Door 612 and also metal frame needs to <br /> be caulked where it abuts the VCT flooring. <br /> 3. Outside corner to the left of Door 612 vinyl base not adhered and also drywall rough and irregular needs to be <br /> sanded and repainted. <br /> 4. Same area as the left outside corner, inside corner cut too short at the vinyl base. <br /> 5. Drywall around electrical outlet on the west wall to the right of the boxed out column needs to be sanded and <br /> repainted. <br /> 6. Right and left inside corners at the boxed out column vinyl base not adhered and also on the outside corners . <br /> 7 . Left outside comer of the boxed out column rough and irregular. <br /> 8 . All inside corners in this room the vinyl base are not cut into the corners, very rough and irregular. <br /> 9. South wall, drywall around electrical outlet and below the electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, <br /> rough and irregular. <br /> 10. South wall , far left outside corner at the small alcove needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, outside comer <br /> of vinyl base not secured at this area. <br /> 11 . East wall electrical outlet cover plate needs to be set level, plumb. Crooked. <br /> 12. North wall, east end, vinyl tile cut too short, concrete floor exposed. Also, the inside corner above the base in <br /> this area needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 13 . North wall the northeast corner ceiling grid dirt on the grid and also along the east wall three ceiling tiles off <br /> the north inside corner. <br /> 14. Ceiling tiles at the return air grille two locations seemed to have been touched-up, not acceptable . Also, <br /> scratch in the ceiling tile. <br /> Conference Room 613 <br /> 1 . Door 613 paired doors do not close properly. Butting at the head of the frame and the top edges of the doors . <br /> 2. Inactive door needs flush bolt strike plate installed at the floor. <br /> 3 . Inside face bottom right corner of inactive door finish is scratched. <br /> 4. Right side of hollow metal door frame 613 bottom right drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, to <br /> the right on the right side of the frame in numerous areas between the middle and bottom hinge and up at the <br /> top hinge needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 5 .
