Left inside corner to the left of Door 613 accent walls has stains on it needs to be repainted. Also, inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted in numerous areas. 7 . Accent wall south wall below the duplex electrical outlet and drywall around the electrical outlet, scratches and irregularities in the drywall need to be patched and repaired the complete length of this wall above the vinyl base where this has occurred. 8. North wall east end numerous areas above the vinyl base need to be patched and repaired, nicks in the wall. 9. Electrical outlet on the east wall needs to be cleaned of paint and also where it has been touched-up needs to be repainted to blend it into the wall. 10. Boxed out column to the right of Door 613 inside comer needs to be sanded and repainted at both locations. 11 . Drywall above vinyl base to the right of Door 613 needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. 12. Ceiling grid along the perimeter of the room needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall mud, etc. 13. Dropped drywall header painter two sides accent color two sides white, unacceptable . 14. Ceiling grid the double grid around the perimeter of the dropped soffit, unacceptable, gaps uneven, grid is not parallel , not acceptable. 15 . Inside and outside corridor dropped header needs to be sanded where the edges are rough and 'irregular in numerous areas, that is the outside edges of the dropped header. 16. Dropped ceiling, south header east end, bottom edge, at the sprinkler head needs to be patched and repaired . 17 . Ceiling grid and ceiling tile coming off the left corner of Door 613, at the recessed can light, dirt on the grid, tile chipped. County Administrators Reception 701 & 702 1 . Left side of the hollow metal Door 701 needs to be touched-up with paint. 2 . Furniture in place and boxes from the furniture stacked on the far right hand corner of Door 701 , unable to punch out some of this area. 3. Underside of side light 701 where it abuts the drywall needs to be painted. 4. Top right of side light 701 needs to be sanded and caulked at the drywall and repainted. 5 . Drywall to the left of Door 701 to the face of the Reception counter spots on the wall need to be touched-up with paint. 6. Numerous areas throughout here where top of vinyl base has been caulked with white caulking needs to be cleaned off. 7 . Vinyl base joint to the right of the Door 704 below the Johnson control box joint cut too large. 8 . Fire extinguisher cabinet to the right of Door 704 needs to be caulked in place. 9. Carpeting at door frame 704 not cut evenly around the door voids in the carpet. 10. Recessed alcove between Doors 704 & 706 right and left inside corners vinyl base cut too short. 11 . Bottom right of Door 706 frame is dented. 12. Right side of Door 706 vinyl base cut too short. 13. Carpet joint to the left of door 706 is visible. 14. Vinyl base to the bottom right of Door 707 vinyl base full of paint and drywall dust. Inside corner cut too short. 15 . Bottom left of Door 707 where the hollow metal frame meets the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 16. Ceiling tile above the right corner of Door 707 two ceiling tiles off the wall ceiling tile is damaged. 17 . Middle of the drywall between Door 707 & 708 approximately 3ft. off the floor, mark on the wall needs to be touched up with paint to the right of electrical outlet and dent in the drywall to the left of electrical outlet. 18. Ceiling grid to the top left of Door 708 , small ceiling tile not setting flush in the grid . 19. Right side of hollow metal door frame 708, accent color needs to be cut in neatly.
