Top right Door 703 on the top edge and the right edge of the hollow metal frame drywall is irregular needs to be patched, sanded and repainted. 27 . Ceiling grid the 2nd ceiling grid to the right of Door 705 coming out 4 r ceiling tiles grid finish is damaged. 28 . Couple of ceiling tiles in this room not setting flush to the ceiling grid. 29 . Light fixture and sprinkler head to the right of Door 701 and just in front of Door 703 grid is damaged, sagging. 30. Ceiling grid to the right of Door 704 boxed out column needs to be cleaned of drywall mud . 31 . TE Unit in the ceiling three to the right of Door 704 needs to be cleaned of fingerprints. 32. Ceiling grid in front of return air grille to the right of Door 705 finish is damaged. 33. Ceiling grid above the right side of Door 706, drywall mud and paint on the grid throughout. 34. Ceiling rile to the left of Door 708, just to the left of the sprinkler head, tile is damaged. File Room 703 1 . Files are in place in this room 2. Drywall to the right of hollow metal door frame 703 needs to be repainted above the vinyl base. 3. Drywall around light switch cover needs to be sanded, patched and repainted. 4. Ceiling tile at the sprinkler head towards the back of the room tile is chipped. 5 . Ceiling grid at return air grille is bent. 6. Double ceiling grid above Door 703 needs to be cleaned of paint. 7 . Left side of hollow metal frame in the top left comer of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall needs to sanded, caulked and repainted. 8 . Transition strip at carpet and VCT is cut too short. Hollow metal frame needs to be caulked at the VCT flooring. Production Room 704 1 . Inside right corner vinyl base needs to be secured. Also, drywall to the right of hollow metal frame from the middle hinge down needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. West wall just above the vinyl base imperfections in the drywall need to be patched and repaired . 3. Plastic laminate panel to the right of the knee space needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall. 4. Back splash needs to be cleaned of paint and caulking. 5 . Inside corners of vinyl base need to be properly secured in all locations. 6. Underside of cabinetry where it abuts the drywall at the sink location right and left sides need to be patched, repaired and painted. 7 . Underside of upper cabinet to the right of the sink needs to be cleaned of caulking and paint. 8 . Inside corner of cabinetry to the left of the sink at the filler panel finish is chipped. 9 . Ceiling grid around the complete perimeter of the room needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and paint. 10. Light fixtures still have protective plastic covering on them. 11 .
