Inside face of Door 705 between middle and bottom hinge needs to be cleaned of paint. 2. Top right corner of door needs to be cleaned of paint. 3 . Top right corner of hollow metal frame is bent. 4. Hollow metal frame to the left of Door 705 the four panel frame underside needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall. 5 . Top left comer of hollow metal window frame borrowed light frame is damaged . 6. Left inside corner to the left of hollow metal window frame vinyl base joint cut too large. 7. Door 705B finish on door underneath the lockset is chipped underneath the bottom hinge. 8 . Drywall exterior wall above the vinyl base below the exterior window imperfection in the drywall needs to be sanded, and repainted. 9. Exterior window caulking needs to be repainted, caulking exposed, very rough and irregular. Also, bottom right and left jambs need to be repainted and re-sanded at the outside edge of the window sill . 10. Cabinetry on the south wall far right pair of doors pulls are missing. 11 . Right side of base cabinet at the exterior wall vinyl base joint not acceptable. 12. Counter top approximately the middle of the counter to the right of the joint and the counter top front edge is damaged. 13. Drywall to the left of the Smart Board, around the recessed can light switches and all the outlet boxes need to be sanded and repainted. 14. Ceiling tile at the two down lights above the Smart Board, damaged. 15 . Ceiling grid along the south wall above the cabinetry needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and paint. 16. Dropped drywall soffit accent color only painted on two sides. 17 . Ceiling grid around the perimeter of the dropped drywall soffit needs to set flush to the drywall. 18 . Underside of drywall soffit coming to the left of door 705 , dent, hole in the drywall , needs to be patched and repaired. 19 . North side of drywall soffit holes in the grid from rivets, unacceptable. 20. Ceiling tile at the recessed can light in front of Door 705B is chipped. 21 . Return air grille in front of Door 705B finish is scratched. 22. Ceiling grid to the right of Door 705 the right side wall at the ceiling imperfection in the drywall at the joint of the grid. Also, grid has drywall mud and paint on it. Needs to be cleaned off. 23 . Ceiling grids along the drywall needs to be cleaned of paint and set flush to the wall. 24. Exterior wall to the left of the exterior window and in front of the southernmost can light grid is damaged. 25 . South wall to the right of Smart Board at the ceiling grid screw head exposed, needs to be patched and repaired. 26. Top right inside corner of the south wall needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, etc. Office 706 1 . Top right of Door 706 at the drywall and frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Left outside corner of Door 706 damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 3 . Furniture in place in this office. 4. Carpet joint off of exterior wall not acceptable. 5 . East wall to the right approximately 3-4ft. of electrical outlet, damaged drywall needs patched and repaired and electrical outlet needs to have paint removed from the electrical device. 6. Right inside corner to the right of exterior window drywall is damaged . 7 . Drywall on the left and right sides of the window sill needs to be sanded and repainted. 8 . Exterior window needs to be cleaned of paint over spray . 9. Perimeter windows need to be re-caulked and outside edges of the window opening need to be sanded and repainted.
