Left inside comer on the exterior wall just in front of the inside corner, drywall is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 12. Outside corner to the right of Door 706, at the boxed out column area, vinyl base joint is too excessive. 13 . Johnson control box needs to be cleaned of paint. 14. Two 2x4 light fixture over the desk area needs to be cleaned of plastic wrap of the remains of plastic wrappings in two locations. Office 707 1 . Bottom of Door 707 below view light finish is damaged. 2 . Office 707 is locked, unable to access. Office 708 1 . Door 708 needs to be adjusted does not lock into the strike without excessive force . 2 . Bottom left of view light outside face of door finish is damaged. 3. Right side of door inside face needs to be cleaned of paint and also strike needs to be cleaned of paint. 4. Top right edge of hollow metal door at drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Electrical outlets need to be cleaned of paint. 6. Johnson control box drywall is very rough and irregular around that needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. Bottom left of hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted from the vinyl base up approximately 12- 16 inches, drywall is rough and irregular. 8 . Furniture installed in this office . 9. Exterior window left jamb outside edge and bottom above the sill needs to be repainted. 10. Exterior wall about the middle below the window sill needs to be touched-up with paint. 11 . Window sill needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 12. Door 709A - Hollow metal frame at the strike needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. 13 . Office side of Door 709A above the lock set finish is damaged and on the strike side above the strike side of the door finish is damaged. 14. Bottom left below the view light finish has paint in it. 15 . Bottom right below the middle hinge hollow metal door frame is damaged. Also, to the right of the middle hinge, excessive damage. 16. Electrical outlet to the left of Door 709A drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 17. Ceiling tile at sprinkler head in front of exterior window is damaged. 18. Parabolic lens to the left of the sprinkler head in front of exterior window is damaged at the 2x2 light fixture . 19. Ceiling tile damaged to the east or the right of the A/C supply grille. Vestibule 709 1 . Carpet to the hinge side of Door 709A cut too short. 2. Right inside corner to the right of Door 705B front cut too large . Restroom 710 1 . Door 710 needs to be cleaned of paint, water marks, dust, dirt and debris on the outside face . 2. Finish damaged above the lock set, over spray of paint on the face of the door throughout. 3 . Door 710 inside face needs to be cleaned of over spray throughout on the door. Also, side of the door at the strike needs to be removed. 4. Right side of hollow metal frame 710 needs to be repainted.
