Wall finish to the right of the paper towel holder has white paint on it needs to be repaired. <br /> 8 . Ceramic file floor and base needs to be cleaned of drywall dust and paint. <br /> 9. Grout joints around the flush valve escutcheon plate unacceptable, different colors than the regular joint. <br /> Also, ceramic tile opening cut too large at the escutcheon for the flush valve. Needs to be repaired or <br /> replaced. <br /> 10. Ceramic tile underneath the lavatory finish is damaged in two locations. <br /> 11 . Top edge of hollow metal door frame 710 painters tape needs to be removed and finish needs to be repaired. <br /> 12 . Left outside comer at shower ceramic tile edges not acceptable, should be a bull nose finish. <br /> 13. Height of shower unit where the drywall abuts the shower head very rough, irregular, drywall mud, voids in <br /> the finish. Needs to be corrected. <br /> 14. Drain cover for shower unit needs to be properly installed, its loose and tape needs to be removed from the <br /> shower unit. <br /> 15 . Top right side of shower unit, holes in the fiberglass flange for the shower unit needs to be filled in, screw <br /> heads need to be covered up, they are exposed. <br /> 16. Drywall opening at the shower inside corner where they abut the ceramic tile painters tape left in place and <br /> painted over, needs to he removed and corrected. Also, the same for the fire alarm horn strobe. <br /> 17 . Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned around the water closet. <br /> 18 . Trim piece at the drywall opening the 2x6 block front piece at the drywall opening cut rough and irregular, <br /> not acceptable. <br /> Clerk To The Board - Reception 801 <br /> 1 . Two light fixtures not working in this office at this time. <br /> 2. Outside face of Door 801 metal frame for view light top and bottom edges chipped. <br /> 3 . Left inside corner to the left of Door 801 corners needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 4. Drywall above the door and side light of door 701 finish needs to be repainted where it has been patched and <br /> repaired. <br /> 5 . Drywall to the right of recessed can lights damaged needs to be patched and repaired . <br /> 6. Bottom right of hollow metal frame for side light drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, very rough and <br /> irregular and also the drywall below the fill of the side light needs to be sanded and repainted and where it <br /> abuts the window sill needs to be caulked, sanded and repainted. <br /> 7. Drywall to the right of the hollow metal door frame between the window sill and the vinyl base needs to be <br /> sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> & Vinyl base to the right of door 801 , cut too short. <br /> 9 . Plastic laminate base cabinet for Reception counter joint, plastic laminate was cut on the left side with the <br /> small piece approximately 12 inches wide, ethically not acceptable . <br /> 10. Counter top needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 11 . Drywall to the right of the counter top above the back splash needs to be patched and repaired and also at the <br /> outside corner. <br /> 12. Area where the stand-up counter no lights in this area, very hard to see, can not punch out at this time. <br /> 13 . Fire alarm horn strobe needs to be held tight to the drywall. <br /> 14. Ceiling tiles over the stand-up area, one on either side of the sprinkler head location, one tile stained and other <br /> is damaged. <br /> 15.
