To the left inside NW corner in Room 232A needs to be sanded and repainted, very irregular. 9. West wall North end just above vinyl base location drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. Ceiling grid to the left A/C Diffuser, chip in it. That is also true to the one to the East, and at the location of the fire sprinkler head. Corridor that runs East & West from Door 301A down to the end of Mechanical Room 103A which abuts Corridor 232. 1 . Drywall at the bottom left comer of the fire extinguisher cabinet needs to be sanded and repainted and fire extinguisher cabinet needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall . 2. Drywall above the vinyl base approximately 16' to the left of Door 305A, gouge in the drywall has been painted over needs to be patched and repaired. 3 . to the right of Door 305A drywall at the vinyl base location needs to be sanded and repainted so that the vinyl base sets flush to the drywall. 4. Left and right edges of the alcove going into Door 305A needs to be repainted. 5. Drywall to the bottom left and right of Door 305A needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall very irregular. 6. Drywall to the right and left of Door 228B outside comers need to be sanded and repainted where the paint has been chipped. Also, bottom right of Door 228B drywall is very irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. Drywall to the right of Door 305A approximately 2 feet and 8 feet off of that to the right of Door 305A or to the West, irregularities in drywall need to be sanded and repainted. Corridor 232 1 . Stair 1 .0.002 and Electrical Room 1 .2 . 104 will not be punched out at this time . Done at a later date. 2. No ceiling tile installed Corridor 232. Also, right and left bottom edges of the door frame need to be sanded and repainted. 3 . Drywall to the right of Door 405A approximately 2 feet to the right of door there is a irregular in the drywall and a couple areas here need to be sanded and repainted to set flush to be a flush condition in the drywall . 4. Mechanical Room 1.2.103 is not finished. We will not punch out at this time. 5 . Alcove at Door 231B, off of Corridor 232, doors not installed at this time. 6. Left and right outside corners of this same area drywall is chipped and needs to be repainted. Also, left and right sides of the door frame is chipped needs to be repainted. 7. Left and right of the door frame on the Corridor 232 side needs to be repainted where it has been caulked and top edge of the drywall where it abuts the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted 8. Top left outside corner of alcove leading to Door 232 needs to be repainted. 9. Ceiling file above Door 232B has water spot on it needs to be replaced. 10. Door frame 232B needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been chipped and also overspray of stain and dirt. Also, to the left of door frame 232B , dirt marks and water spots this whole area needs to be repainted. 11 . Drywall between Door 229A and Door 231B finish is very irregular where it has been patched. Needs to be repainted completely . 12 . Drywall to the top left Door 229A needs to be re-sanded and repainted, irregular. Also, to the right to the right of Door 229A spots on the drywall above the floor need to be repainted. 13 . Drywall around drinking fountains opposite the copy Room Entry Opening 212 needs to be repainted where there is fingerprints and pencil marks on the drywall . 14 . Bottom left of Door 209A leading into Women ' s Restroom needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of bottom right of Door 211A Janitor' s Closet, drywall is very irregular.
