Bottom right edge of kick on the countertop shim is showing at this area, not acceptable. <br /> 13 . Door frame 230C - Door Frame 230C needs to be completely repainted . <br /> 14 . North wall between Eastern 2 duplex outlets, marks on the drywall, needs to be repainted . That is also to the <br /> right of the Easternmost duplex outlet, carpet glue. <br /> 15. Door 230B - Door 203B left side drywall needs to be caulked and repainted. <br /> 16. Right side bottom right at the vinyl base location drywall mud has just been packed in , very irregular, <br /> unacceptable, this needs to be patched and repaired properly to receive vinyl base. <br /> 17 . Door Frame 230B - Needs to be repainted. Also left side strike side of the door frame has been dented. <br /> 18 . Free standing column needs to be repainted completely. Insufficient coats of paint. Also, some areas of <br /> imperfections in the drywall need to be patched, repaired, sanded and repainted. <br /> 19 . Ceiling tile off of the south wall approximately 4 ceiling tiles and off the East wall where the free standing <br /> column 3 full ceiling tiles have chip in the ceiling tile. <br /> 20. Ceiling grid approximately two locations in about the center of the room, carpet adhesive on the grid. <br /> 21 . Ceiling tiles have been removed around the electrical projection screen. <br /> 22 . Ceiling tile 3 full ceiling tiles off the West wall approximately about the center of the room chip in the ceiling <br /> tile. <br /> Corridor 231 <br /> 1 . Top of Door frame 231 , drywall needs to be sanded, re-caulked and repainted. <br /> 2. to the right of Door frame 231 drywall needs to be repainted where it abuts the door frame and back to the <br /> inside corner, it is true of both left and right sides of Door frame 231 . <br /> 3 . South wall approximately 6 feet off of Door frame 231 , large irregularities in the drywall, these need to be <br /> repaired so the drywall sets flush. That is also true on this same wall 12 feet off to Door 231 or to the left of <br /> Door 401 A. <br /> 4. Alcove at Door 401A right and left side outside corner needs to be repainted . Also, the left comer has been <br /> damaged and bent. <br /> 5 . Bottom left of Door 401 A drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 6. Drywall to the right of the duplex outlet to the right of Door 401 A and the first duplex outlet, overspray on <br /> wall needs to be repainted. <br /> 7 . Door frame 231A, door frame needs to be completely repainted. No threshold installed . Doors need to be <br /> cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 8 . Door frame and left hand door no door light or glass installed. The right hand door glass and door light has <br /> been installed. <br /> 9. No ceiling tile in this Corridor 231 . <br /> 10. Fire Extinguisher Cabinet needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall and cleaned of the protective film. <br /> Office 232 <br /> 1 . No door installed in Door frame 232A. <br /> 2 . Door frame 232A left and right needs to be cleaned of chips in the paint and small dent on the bottom left <br /> below the bottom hinge, door frame is dented . <br /> 3 . Inside face the strike at the head of hollow metal frame there are some spots on the left side of the strike, need <br /> to be touched up with paint. <br /> 4. Drywall needs to be repainted where it abuts the hollow metal door frame on the strike side, not a sufficient <br /> amount of paint on the drywall on the floor up to the top of the door. Also, to the right and left of the door <br /> frame at the vinyl base area needs to be sanded and repainted. Drywall is very irregular. <br /> 5 . East wall to the right of quad outlet the drywall is chipped needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 6.
