North wall quad outlet needs electrical outlet cover installed. 6. Drywall around Data Outlets 23D & 24D, irregularities, need to be sanded and repainted. 7 . Ceiling tiles missing. 8 . South wall drywall below quad electrical outlet water stained, needs to be taken care of, cleaned. 9. Drywall below light switch, chip in the drywall that has been painted over needs to be patched and repaired . Open Office Area 304 1 . Inside window head of the exterior window on the East wall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted . 2. AV work is being done in this area. Needs to be cleaned, patched & repaired once it is completed. 3 . On the North wall, carpet needs to be cleaned and area needs to be repainted. 4. Drywall around the electrical outlet to the left of Data 3D & 4D needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . The bottom left of Data 5D & 6D is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Top right of electrical outlets to the right of Data 5D & 6D, drywall is irregular, chip in it needs to be sanded and repainted. 7 . Drywall to the bottom left of Data 7D & 8D is irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 8 . Drywall around the duplex electrical outlet to the right of 13D & 14D, data outlet needs to be sanded. 9 . South wall, West end, AV work is being done in this area, needs to be patched and painted. 10. Hollow metal window facing part of the Computer Room 302, right jamb is dented, needs to be repaired. Also, top right and left comers of the drywall are irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 11 . Carpet adhesive on the hollow metal window frame Computer 302 on Office area 304 side. 12. Bottom left at the hollow metal window on the North wall of the Computer Room - Office Area 304 at the bottom right of the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, in this same area AV work has been going on. 13 . Some question of finish of the walls in this area, needs to be looked at. As the natural light comes in and hits the drywall a lot of irregularities. Corridor 305 1 . Bottom right of the outside corner at Door 302, corner bead is chipped, needs to be patched and repaired. Also, to the right of door 302, fingerprints on the door frame and door on the right side Corridor 305 side needs to be cleaned and repainted. 2. Drywall to the left of Door frame 302 to the right of the outlet, opening needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . Drywall above Door 305A needs to be cleaned of fingerprints and repainted. Also, drywall to the bottom left of Door 305 and right. Drywall is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Door frame 305 needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive and there is also chips in the door frame, needs to be repainted. 5 . Bottom right face of the door above the hinge, chip in the door. 6. Bottom right outside of Door frame 305 needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive. Work Room 306 1 . Hollow metal Door frame 306A, bottom right and left needs to be touched up with paint and cleaned of adhesive. Also, to the right of the strike needs to be cleaned of fingerprints on the outside facing Corridor 305 . 2. Door frame above the center hinge needs to be sanded and repainted. 3 . Drywall to the right of Door frame 306 needs to be sanded and repainted between the light switch and the door frame and down by the vinyl base location . 4. Drywall around the control box to the left of the light switch needs to be sanded and repainted, irregular. 5 . Drywall around the horn strobe needs to be cleaned of pencil marks and repainted.
