Boxed-out column area on the North wall right side edge up approximately 30" is chipped, needs to be repainted. Also, above the ceiling grid in this same area, it has drywall mud on it, needs to be cleaned. 7 . North wall, the Northwest inside corner, large area of drywall is missing, this needs to be patched and repaired in order to properly receive the vinyl base. 8 . To the right of Door 306, electrical outlet drywall has been patched, needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, to the right, the inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted, irregularity in the drywall, that is also true in this same area above the vinyl base. About half a dozen ceiling tiles are missing in this area. 9. Ceiling rile the 5`s full ceiling tile off the East wall at Door 306, the 4a full ceiling tile off the South wall . Tile is chipped at the corner. Reception Area 401 1 . Door 401A — Door frame needs to be repainted and cleaned of adhesive and scratch marks on the door frame. 2. Hinge side of door frame adjacent to the bottom hinge is dented. Also, door is chipped on the inside face by the lock set location above it and to the left of outside edge. 3 . Vinyl base is installed in this area. Outside corners are pulling off the wall especially to right of Door 401A. 4. Bottom right of Door 401A where drywall abuts the metal door frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 5 . Accent wall east wall, chips in the paint need to be repainted. Also, there is some drywall patching that appears to have been done, this needs to be redone, patched repaired and repainted. Down to the right of Data I ID & 12D is a scuff mark on the accent color that needs to be repainted . 6. Drywall to the right of Door 402A, top right needs to be sanded and repainted. Paint is chipping. Also, vinyl base to the right is cut too short and the outside corner is not adhered. 7 . Top right of door 403A finish in metal frame is irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. That also is true of the drywall where it abuts the head of this door frame. 8 . Door frame 402A needs to be completely repainted on the bottom area left and right hand side. The hollow metal door the paint has been chipped. 9. To the right of Door frame 404A fingerprints on the drywall about mid door and also outside corner of the drywall needs to be repainted. Office 402 1 . Inside bottom left of the door, chip in the door itself. 2 . Door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive and scratches in the paint. 3. Right side of door inside Office 402 drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true on the left side irregularities in the drywall. 4. Left side of Door 402, East wall appears to be overspray on the wall, this needs to be corrected. Also, on this same wall to the left of electrical outlet drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. Irregular. Also, about the middle of this same wall above the vinyl base irregularity in the drywall. 5 . North wall opposite Door 402A, drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. Also , towards the West end of the wall above the vinyl base irregularities in drywall need to be patched, sanded and repainted. 6. West wall, right inside corner irregularities in drywall needed to be sanded and repainted . 7. South end of West wall above the vinyl base irregularities in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted . Carpet adhesive needs to be removed and drywall around duplex electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted. S .
