Outside of Door 403A finish needs to be cleaned of adhesive. 2. Right side hinge side of 403A scratch in the wood door. Also, hollow metal door frame needs to be touched up with paint and cleaned of carpet adhesive . 3 . Vinyl base installed in this room. 4. Right of door 403A vinyl base does not set flush to the wall at the door frame and also at the cabinetry to the right. There is only small portion of vinyl base on one section installed and the remainder of the room does not have vinyl base installed . 5. Two ceiling tiles missing in this room. 6. Cabinet wall, upper cabinets to the top right of the upper cabinets ceiling grid and tile has paint on it. 7. VCT needs to be cleaned where it abuts the carpet of carpet adhesive. 8. Backsplash needs to be cleaned of paint on the North wall left side. Office 404 1 . Door frame 404 needs to be repainted on the outside and inside. Also to the left bottom right on the inside of the Office 404 there is a scratch on the door. 2. To the right of Door 404, adhesive on the drywall needs to be cleaned and repainted. Also, paint from the metal window lite frame needs to be removed from the door. 3. Drywall on light switch to left of Door 404 needs to be sanded and repainted. Opening cut too large and fingerprints need to be cleaned . 4. Inside corners of vinyl base are not adhering properly. No vinyl base is installed in this area. 5 . West wall duplex outlet drywall needs to be sanded and repainted where it abuts the outlet. 6. South inside comer to the left of quad outlet needs to be repainted. 7. Vinyl base in this room does not set flush to the carpet in numerous areas. Unacceptable . 8. Five ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 9. Ceiling grid to the right of the exterior window, 2 tiles off of that exterior wall appears to have fire caulking on it needs to be cleaned. 10. West wall, middle of the wall, I " grid off the wall is damaged and bent. Open Office Area 405 1 . Vinyl base installed in this area. 2 . Inside comers of the vinyl base have been cut, they do not fit tight. Needs to be looked at. 3. Exterior wall, South wall, drywall above Data Outlet 5D & 6D is not even, needs to be sanded and repainted to set to have a flush condition, very visible. 4. Data Outlets 7D, 8D, 9D & 10D need to be cleaned of paint. 5 . Quad outlet to the left of Data Outlet 9D & l OD on the South wall needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall needs to sanded and repainted on the bottom edge, irregular. 6. East wall, carpet adhesive needs to be removed from the wall and any scratches and dents in the drywall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired. 7 . Door 405A — Door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet adhesive and repainted where the paint finish has been scratch. 8. Right side of Door 405A the drywall has been caulked, needs to be repainted. Also to left of 405A needs to be sanded and repainted . A semi —gloss has been put onto the drywall. This needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 9. North wall adjacent to Storage Room 406 needs to be touched up with paint where it has been scratched in numerous locations above the vinyl base on the East end and about the middle of the wall.
