Door 406A - Left side of Door 406A, drywall at the outside corner there is a dent in the drywall, needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, on the left side vinyl base cut too short. 2. Both right and left sides of the door accent color needs to be cut in and repaired where the door same paint color has got on to the accent color. 3 . Door frame 406A needs to be repainted where paint has been chipped and scuffed, especially on the bottom right and left hand sides . 4, to the left of Door 406A, drywall around duplex outlet cut too large, needs to be patched and repaired and repainted. Also, drywall around light switch needs to be sanded and repainted so the color sets flush. 5 . Vinyl base has been installed in this room 6. Vinyl base around the boxed out column on the West wall is not adhered to the drywall . 7. East wall, VCT flooring has been cut too short and pieces of the VCT tile is put in especially on the South end of the East wall, Unacceptable. Also, vinyl base does not set flush to the VCT on the East and South walls in the corner areas. 8 . Three ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 9. To the right of Door 406A joint in the ceiling grid the wall channel does not set flush, is tight. 10. Ceiling tile just to the right of Door 406A, the half tile there is a scratch in the tile.
