Indian River County Administration Complex <br /> Bldg. 1 - 2nd Floor East End Punchlist - Friday 04/06/07 <br /> April 16, 2007 <br /> Page 17 <br /> General Notes: <br /> 1 . No hardware has been installed at this time. <br /> 2 . All metal door light frames, numerous areas have overspray of paint, needs to be sanded and repainted where <br /> this occurs and also paint on the glass to the view lights. <br /> 3 . All light fixtures have plastic covering on them at this time. <br /> 4. All fire extinguisher cabinets need to be caulked where they abut the drywall . And all protective wrap needs <br /> to be removed. <br /> 5. At all interior doors where the carpet joints are and where the carpets cut at the door jambs, right and left side <br /> need to be secured properly to the floor. Numerous area of the carpet does not have sufficient adhesive or is <br /> not cut tight to the door frame. <br /> 6. Drywall around electrical outlets needs to be sanded and repainted. That is typical of all electrical outlets in <br /> the Conference Room 203. <br /> 7 . All wood doors need to be cleaned of dirt and debris on the face. <br /> 8 . All drywall at hollow metal door frames at the door heads where the drywall abuts the metal frame head needs <br /> to be sanded and repainted, numerous areas are rough and irregular and have not been painted thoroughly. <br /> 9. All Fire Alarm Horn Strobes needs to be caulked and set plumb and level in the drywall where ever they <br /> occur. <br /> 10. No silencers installed in all hollow metal door frames. <br /> 11 . Unless otherwise noted no vinyl base has been installed in the Offices of this Building 2, Second Floor East. <br /> 12 . All water coolers, drinking fountains , need to be caulked where they abut the drywall . <br /> 13 . All hollow metal frames need to be caulked where they abut the vinyl tile . <br /> 14. All electrical outlet covers , data covers, fire alarm pull stations , etc . need to set plumb and level in the wall . <br /> 15 . All windows on the interior face need to be cleaned of paint overspray on the frame and on the glass. <br /> 16. With the plastic wrap on all the ceiling light fixtures unable to do al Punchlist on the lights . This will have to <br /> done on a later date. <br /> 17. All light switches need to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 18. All drywall corners to the jamb side of doors need to be sanded and repainted where the drywall patch <br /> compound or tape compound has been put in place. Very rough and irregular. <br /> 19. All cabinet doors and drawers need to be adjusted so that they set plumb and level when closed properly. <br /> 20. Need to look at all main ceiling grid runners and the joints of those runners to make sure that they set flush <br /> and tight. <br /> This Punch List is not a Final Punch List, it is a Preliminary Punch List for the efforts of documenting the <br /> condition of the space prior to furniture being installed in the East end of Building 2, Second Floor. <br /> END OF PRELIMINARY PUNCHLIST BUILDING 2 - 2"n FLOOR - EAST END. <br /> D O N A D I O <br /> & Associates, Architects, P.A. <br />
