South wall adjacent to Library 204 needs to be repainted, area has been scratched, scuff marks, etc. 10. Drywall to the left of Door 303A left inside comer needs to be sanded and repainted. 11 . Drywall adjacent to hollow metal door frame 303A needs to be repainted. 12. Door 303A needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris, scratch on inside face below the view light and on the outside face on the Reception Area side and inside face on the Conference Room side. 13 . Eight ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 14. Ceiling tile to the right of Door 303A grid has been pulled off the wall grid, this needs to be set flush. 15 . Ceiling grid on the north wall at Library 304 double grid uneven, this needs to be set flush and also along this same area to the right or to the east, the ceiling grid is damaged, that is approximately 4ft. off the right hand side corner. 16. Boxed out column ceiling grid around the boxed out column needs to be cleaned of caulking and drywall mud. Also, just in front of this column edge of ceiling tile is stained. Conference Room 303 1 . Door 303B outside face, edges need to be cleaned, bottom right, paint on the doors. 2. Hinges need to be cleaned of drywall dust, dirt and debris. 3 . Inside face of inactive door bottom left scratches on the face. 4. This area is still being worked on, staging area for equipment, tool boxes, tables, etc. has not been cleaned. Needs to be punched out at a later date. 5 . Carpet to the right of Door 401A, transition strip is needed between the carpet and the ceramic tile. 6. Door 401 A inside face bottom left door finish is scratched. Door frame needs to be repainted. 7 . Door 401B needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. Door frame needs to be repainted. Library 304 I . Drywall to the right of hollow metal door frame 304 outside corner needs to be patched and repaired where it has been chipped and drywall adjacent to the hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. 2. Drywall to the left of hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted. 3. Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted. 4. Door needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris , outside and inside. 5 . Drywall to the left of hollow metal door frame 304 drywall finish has been chipped needs to be patched and repaired. 6. Drywall above hollow metal door frame 304 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 7. Drywall to the right of hollow metal door frame 304 needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is very irregular. 8. North wall drywall around electrical needs to be sanded and repainted. 9. East wall electrical outlet plate needs to be cleaned of paint and caulking. 10. South wall drywall around electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, large area of paint finish is not finished and outlet cover plate needs to b cleaned of paint. 11 . Six ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 12. Plastic covering still on the light fixtures. 13 . Fire extinguisher cabinet to the left of Door 304 needs to be set secure to the wall and caulked where it abuts the drywall. 14.
