Ceiling grid at the sprinkler head closest to Door 306A is dirty, fingerprints need to be cleaned. 11 . Ceiling grid at the sprinkler head in front of exterior windows on the east side, grid has fingerprints on it. Production Room 307 1 . Door 307 no lockset or strike plate installed. Door needs to be cleaned inside and outside face. 2. Door 307A needs to be cleaned inside and outside face. 3 . Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed for Door 307A. 4. Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted, especially the bottom left on the inside needs to be sanded and repainted along with the drywall at this same area. 5 . Furniture installed in this room. 6. One ceiling tile out of place in this room. 7. Ceiling grid the 1 s` ceiling grid off the east wall, 3rd tile off the south wall, finish is chipped. Also, ceiling grid at the corner of the A/C grille is bent, needs to be repaired. Office 308 1 . Door 308 outside face, outside edge is chipped and outside edge on the right side below lockset door finish outside bottom and top edge, lockset side door is chipped. 2 . Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed for Door 308A. 3 . Top right corner inside the office area drywall needs to be patched and repaired at the top right corner of the hollow metal door frame. 4. Drywall around electrical outlet to the right of Door 308A needs to b sanded and repainted. 5 . Electrical outlet covers need to be cleaned of paint. 6. Bottom right drywall jamb needs to be repainted. 7 . Ceiling grid in front of Door 308 has debris in it, needs to be cleaned. 8 . One ceiling tile not in place at this time. 9 . Ceiling tile the 2nd the off the exterior wall 3`d ceiling tile off the west wall, ceiling tile damaged. Oven Work Area 309 1 . Furniture installed in this area. 2. Ceiling tile not setting flush near the grid and also at the back area in front of the sprinkler head, ceiling tile damaged. 3 . Two ceiling tiles not in place in this location. File Room 310 1 . Door needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris, drywall dust. Hinges, etc . need to be cleaned. 2 . Carpeting needs to taken into the inside face of the door stop of the hollow metal frame. 3 . Drywall top left of Door 310 needs to be repainted. 4. Painters tape still been left on the vinyl base throughout these areas . 5 . Electrical outlet device to the right of Door 310 needs to be cleaned of paint. 6. Four ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 7. Ceiling tile at the center of the room to the left in front of the A/C grille is damaged.
