Cabinetry not completed, floor, walls and Cabinetry full of dirt and debris. Double door and frame just installed, Reception Area 401 1 . Assistant ' s furniture is in place in this area. 2. Left of Door 401A quad outlet underneath Assistants furniture needs cover plate installed. Also, true at both electrical quad outlets on that wall to the left of Door 401A which would be the north wall . 3 . South wall duplex outlet needs cover plate installed to the right of fire extinguisher cabinet. 4. Drywall to the bottom left of hollow metal door frame 404 needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Carpet tile joint in front of Door 404 needs to be set tight and flush to the floor. 6. Drywall to the right of Door 403A above the vinyl base irregularity in drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. Hollow metal frame right side where it abuts the drywall at Door 403 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 8 . Hollow metal door frame 402 bottom right needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, top right needs to be sanded and repainted between the green accent color and the top left needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and repainted. 9. Open office area to the west of Reception Area 401 , six ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 10. Ceiling tile at the sprinkler head closest to Door 401A, chip in the tile. Also, ceiling grid at this location finish is damaged and ceiling tile at smoke detector edge of the tile is chipped. 11 . Drywall ceiling at the Reception Area 401 — South face of the dropped ceiling edges need to be repainted and also ceiling between Door 401A and 402A marks on the drywall need to be touched-up with paint. 12. Drywall face outside edge in front Room 402, center of the drywall header needs to be touched-up where it is chipped. 13 . North face drywall corner bead is damaged needs to be patched and repaired about the middle of the dropped header. 14. Acoustical ceiling in the center of the dropped drywall ceiling, ceiling tiles need to be set flush in the grid , exposed edges are showing. Conference Room 402 1 . Door 402 needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and drywall dust, etc . inside and out. 2. Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted. 3 . Inside right of door frame 402 light switch cover needs to be installed. 4. Left side of hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of drywall and repainted. Also, where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 5. Electrical outlet to the right of door frame 402 needs cover plate installed. 6. South wall, accent wall needs to be touched-up with paint where there is drywall dust and fingerprints throughout. 7. Green accent carpet tile needs to have joints set flush and level 8 . Drywall on the south wall, around electrical outlet need to be sanded and repainted . 9. West wall, vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint on the complete wall . 10. Ceiling tile above the fire alarm horn strobe edges is chipped. 11 . Ceiling grid along the east wall, grid is uneven, sagging in numerous areas, needs to be level and plumb. 12. Nine ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 13 . Ceiling tie to the south of the return air grille, 2"d tile off the wall, debris in the grid needs to be cleaned so the tile can set flush.
