Door 403 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and dust, outside edge hinge side of door finish is scratched. That is also true of the bottom below the view light. Inside face needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall dust, etc. 2 . Hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted. 3. Top of hollow metal door frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall. 4. Electrical outlet to the right of Door 403 needs cover plate installed. That is true of all electrical outlets in this room needs cover plate installed. 5 . South wall boxed out conduit area to the left of this area, inside corner needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Drywall at boxed out area conduit, ceiling grid not installed in this area. Drywall abuts the underside of the ceiling. 7. Two ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 8. Ceiling grid, five ceiling grids off the north wall and two ceiling tiles off the east wall, grid has black mastic and finish is damaged. Office 404 1 . Door 404 bottom left door, finish is chipped and also outside edges. 2. Hollow metal door frame to be repainted. 3 . Vinyl base in Office 404 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt, debris and paint. 4. Electrical outlet to the right of Door 404 needs cover plate installed. 5 . Vinyl base to the right the complete length of the wall paint on the top vinyl base throughout the room 6. Furniture installed in this room. 7. All electrical outlets in this room need cover plates installed. 8. One ceiling the not setting flush in the grid . 9. Ceiling grid to the top left of Door 404 debris on the edge of the grid. Open Office Area 405 1 . Drywall around boxed out column at Open Office Area 405 needs to be sanded and repainted . 2. Open Office Area furniture is installed at this time throughout. 3 . Fire alarm horn strobe the drywall opening cut too large, needs to patched and repaired . That is on the wall opposite Conference Room 402 to the west wall of the Open Office Area 405 . 4. Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint at the top edge throughout. Also, dirt and debris . 5 . Ceramic tile where ceramic tile and carpet meet leaning towards Office Areas 407, 408 & 410 need transition strip between carpet and ceramic tile. 6. Bottom left of Door 406 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 7 . Seven ceiling tiles not in place at this time at Open Office Area 405 . 8. Ceiling grid in front of boxed out column finish is damaged. 9. The two ceiling tiles to the left or to the east of the boxed out column , chip in the tile. 10. Ceiling grid in front of Door 406 in front of the sprinkler heads, fingerprints on the grid. Office Area 406 1 . Door 406 bottom right scratch on the door finish on the outside face. 2. Inside face needs to be cleaned of paint, etc. 3 . Bottom left of Door 406 drywall above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Furniture in this room. 5 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned throughout. 6. Jog in the east wall, side of jog needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is irregular. 7 . One ceiling tile not in place at this time. 8.
