Exterior Door 405A, hollow metal frame needs to be repainted and door needs to be repainted. 12. Ceramic tile base right and left of Door 405A is not installed. Also, floor tile has not been grouted. 13 . Head of metal door frame 405A needs to be repainted where the drywall head and the hollow metal meet. Office Area 407 1 . Door needs to be cleaned of debris, hollow metal frame needs to be repainted. 2. Door stop needs to be installed for Door 407. 3. Furniture in this room. 4. Back wall opposite Door 407 needs to be repainted where it has been patched and repaired. Large area. 5 . Seven ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 6. Five ceiling tiles off of door 407 and one off the south wall , tile is damaged. 7. Ceiling tile to the left of the exterior window right in front of the 2x2 light fixture tile is scratched. Office Area 408 1 . Bottom left of Door 408 needs to be cleaned of carpet glue. 2 . Office Area 408 and 407 needs to have transition strips between the ceramic tile and carpet tile. 3. Drywall to the bottom right of Door 408 above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Top right hollow metal door frame needs to be repainted . 5 . Furniture in place in this office. 6. Three ceiling tiles not in place. 7. The 3rd ceiling grid off the west wall 2°d ceiling the off the south wall, grid finish is damaged. Closet 409 1 . Door locked. Can not access to punch out. Oven Office Area 410 1 . Open Office Area in front of Office 410 needs to have transition strip where carpet and ceramic tile meet. 2. Fire extinguisher needs to be caulked where it abuts the drywall . 3 . Open Office Area in front of 410 - four ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 4. Two ceiling tiles missing in area in front of door 405A and one not in place above Door 408. Office Area 410 1 . Hollow metal frame 410 needs to be cleaned of carpet glue . 2. Inside face hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of carpet glue and repainted completely. 3 . Drywall to the bottom right of door frame 410 needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also along the right side of Door 407 where it abuts the drywall and the left side needs to be sanded, caulked, and repainted. 4. Boxed out column to the left of Door 410 above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. 5 . Furniture is in this room. 6. Carpet and vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall dust. 7 .
