Wall mounted door stop needs to be installed on Door 411 . 3 . Hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of drywall dust at top left and the side needs to be touched up with paint and top right side needs to be repainted where marker is coming thru the paint finish. 4. Two electrical outlets do not have cover plates installed in this room. 5 . Outside door File Room 411 needs to be repainted. 6. Vinyl transition strip needs to be installed between carpet and VCT flooring . 7 . Scuff marks on the VCT in front of Door 411 . 8. Three ceiling tiles not in place at this time. 9. Back left comer at return air grille ceiling tile is chipped. Also, two ceiling tiles along the back wall are not setting flush into the grid. Cut too short. Conference Room 501 1 . Door 501A - Outside face of Door 501A needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris, DuraPlex, etc . Same with inside face. 2. Bottom right of hollow metal frame 501A below the side light drywall needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base. 3 . West wall approximately 8ft. in form the west wall 2 r/2 ft. above the floor, chip in the drywall need to be patched and repaired. Also, on this same wall vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint. 4. Duplex electrical outlet on the north end of the west wall, outlet device needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall around cover. Electrical outlet cover needs to be touched-up with paint. 5 . Door 502B - Inside face needs to be cleaned and inside edge below center hinge, door finish is chipped on the edge. 6. Outside face needs to be cleaned of paint on the bottom right comer and throughout. 7 . Drywall to the left of hollow metal door frame above vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 8 . Left side of hollow metal frame needs to be touched-up with paint. 9. Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint on the top edge throughout. 10. Door 502C is not in place. Hollow metal frame needs to be repainted completely. 11 . South wall, far left east end electrical outlet about 30-36 inches above the floor 42 inches drywall needs to be sanded ad repainted, opening cut too large. 12. Ceiling tile towards the back wall which would be the north wall at the quad outlet and junction box, tile is damaged. 13 . Ceiling tile around the projection screen housing needs to be set flush and level. Office Area 504 1 . Door 504 no view light installed. 2. Hollow metal frame 504 needs to be repainted completely. 3 . Office 504 painters tape on vinyl base and outlet cover plates. 4. Door 504 is covered with paint, drywall mud, debris, etc . 5 . West wall left end of wall above the vinyl base holes in the drywall need to be patched and repaired and carpet glue needs to be cleaned off the drywall . 6. Electrical outlet off the Door 504 drywall around this electrical outlet needs to be sanded and repainted . Finish is irregular. 7 . Floor stop needs to be added for Door 504. 8 .
