Indian River County Administration Complex <br /> Bldg. 2 — 1 st Floor Punch List - Friday - 06/29/07 <br /> July 09, 2007 <br /> Page 23 <br /> Storage Area 505 <br /> 1 . Door 505 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt and debris, etc. <br /> 2. Bottom left edge outside face needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 3 . Inside face needs to be cleaned of drywall mud . <br /> 4. Hollow metal door frame 505 needs to be completely repainted. <br /> 5 . Drywall to the left of door 505 above the vinyl base needs to be repainted. Also, above Door 505 , drywall <br /> needs to be repainted. <br /> 6. West wall, opposite Office 504, needs to be repainted at the outside comer, chip in the drywall finish above <br /> the vinyl base . <br /> 7. Chairs stored in this area at this time. <br /> 8 . East wall of Storage Area ,behind the boxed out column, drywall is not completely painted . Also, to the left, <br /> which would be the northeast corner, drywall needs to be repainted in this area. <br /> 9. Ceiling tile at the sprinkler head in front of the return air grille chip in the tile finish. <br /> 10. Ceiling tile I " full ceiling tile off the north wall and seven ceiling tiles off of Door 505 tile has scratch in it. <br /> 11 . Vinyl base in the Alcove leading to Office 504 and Storage 505 needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 12. Drywall to the right of Door 505 needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base. <br /> GENERAL NOTES: <br /> 1 . All closures need to be adjusted so they meet the 51b. closing force as required by the ADA Accessibility <br /> Code . <br /> 2. All fire extinguisher cabinets need to be caulked where they abut the drywall and also, need to be cleaned of <br /> protective covering. <br /> 3 . All windows, window frames, interior and view lights and the doors need to be cleaned of dirt, debris, paint <br /> painters tape, glass tape, etc. <br /> 4. All cabinetry doors and drawers need to be adjusted to set level and plumb and operate properly. <br /> 5. All hollow metal door frames need silencers installed. <br /> 6. All hollow metal frames for the door view lights need to be sanded and repainted, paint is peeling. <br /> 7 . All hollow metal door frames approximately 18-24 inches up off the floor need to be repainted where it has <br /> been damaged. <br /> 8. All vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, drywall mud. Scuff marks, dirt and debris . <br /> 9. All vinyl base at inside corners are not cut and set flush to the inside corner, this is typical throughout. <br /> 10. In less otherwise noted all Office area and Open Office area have furniture completely installed which <br /> impacts the visibility for the Punch List of areas. <br /> 11 . All drywall where it abuts the hollow metal door frames at the door head and the hollow metal borrowed <br /> light, frames at the window heads needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted., drywall is irregular. <br /> 12. All doors have not been cleaned of drywall dust, drywall mud, paint, scratches, unable to properly punch out <br /> the doors due to the fact that they have not been cleaned. <br /> 13 . All vinyl tile where it abuts the hollow metal door frames needs to be caulked. <br /> 14. All area where carpet is cut into the door frames needs to be re-looked at. Carpet cut too short, not adhering <br /> properly, appears in numerous locations. <br /> 15 .
