GULCON <br /> Grading , Concrete, Curb/Gutter, etc. per Masteller/Moler Drawing <br /> 27A of 33 dated 1 /07 and stamped Received by Turner 2/22/07. <br /> 113 002 General Conditions @ 10% $1 ,228. TURCON <br /> 113 003 Fee @ 4.25% of Total $599. TURCON <br /> 113 004 Release Contingency-Modify Drainage 27th St @ East Bridge ($14, 102 . ) INDRIV <br /> Total Change to the GMP: $0 .00 <br /> This change results in a chedule impact of 30 days to the Project. The Extension of Time is included in COR 094 <br /> along with concurrent time extensions from other CCD's referenced in COR 094 . <br /> Please return one ( 1 ) signed copy of this letter indicating your authorization to process this Change Order Request <br /> which does not change our Contract Amount. Following final approval of the actual Change Order by the Board of <br /> County Commissioners, the Owner's Contingency will be decreased by Twelve Thousand One Hundred Two Dollars <br /> ($ 14, 102.).
