Ceiling grid to the right of the exterior window not setting flush to the exterior wall . <br /> 16. Ceiling grid to the right of the easternmost light fixture In front of Door 435 appears to be sagging. <br /> File Room 436 <br /> 1 . File Room 436 is being used as a Storage Area for Systems Furniture, stacked up along the exterior walls . <br /> 2. Door 436A top right corner inside face, frame needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 3 . Left inside corner VCT cut too short. <br /> 4. Top of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall at 436A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 5 . Vinyl base in this area to the right of Door 436C needs to be cleaned of paint and debris. <br /> 6. Door 436C needs to be cleaned of paint above the lockset on the inside face. Also to the top left at the bottom <br /> hinge needs to be patched and repaired, finish is damaged. <br /> 7 . Top of hollow metal door frame 436C needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 8 . Exterior perimeter wall is covered with Systems Furniture. Unable top properly punch out completely. <br /> 9 . Electrical outlet cover plates need to be cleaned of drywall, dirt and debris. <br /> 10. Need to make sure that all VCT is not cut short at the vinyl base. <br /> 11 . East wall above the electrical outlet cover, electrical outlet below the fire horn strobe walls has dirt on it needs <br /> to be repainted. <br /> 12. Inside face of Door 436B needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 13 . Right side of Door 436 vinyl base not properly secured . Also, drywall in this area needs to be sanded and <br /> repainted . <br /> 14. Right side of hollow metal frame 436B, paint and caulking is cracked on this side of the door at the drywall <br /> needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the head of Door 43613 . <br /> 15 . Ceiling tile around access opening, 6 to 7 tiles have been damaged. Appears that the roofs access hatch has <br /> been left open . Also, access leading to the hatch at the ladder is not acceptable, cut in around the ceiling grid, <br /> this not acceptable . <br /> 16. Ladder leading access hatch needs to be painted completely, chips in the paint, rust spots, etc . <br /> 17 . VCT to the left of the access ladder cut too short from the vinyl base and the wall. <br /> 18. Ceiling grid to the left of the return air grille in front of the access ladder, damaged . <br /> 19. Ceiling tile at sprinkler head to the left of Door 436A chip in the tile. <br /> 20. Ceiling grid coming off the right corner of door 436C approximately 4 grids off the wall, grid is damaged and <br /> also ceiling tile in this same area Yd ceiling tile off the right corner. <br /> 21 . Ceiling grid around the return air grille on the south wall at the center inside corner, grid is damaged. <br /> 22. Center boxed out column no vinyl base installed. Corner is damaged in a couple locations low and also on the <br /> high side especially the south side of the free standing column. <br /> Corridor 437 / Open Office Area 438 <br /> 1 . South wall of Corridor 437 complete length needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched up <br /> with paint. <br /> 2. Top right of Door 436A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall and also the top <br /> right edge approximately 18 inches down from the top right corner of the frame. <br /> 3 . Head of hollow metal frame BL2 439 on Corridor 437 side where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, <br /> caulked and repainted. That is also true at the underside of the borrowed light BL2 439 where it abuts the <br /> drywall. <br /> 4. Left side of Door 439A needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. <br /> 5 .
