Head of hollow metal frame 433 where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 7 . Left and right jambs of the exterior window paint needs to be cleaned off the aluminum and cut in neat and <br /> clean . <br /> 8. The ceiling tiles along the wall above the hollow metal door frame door and side lights are not setting flush to <br /> the grid, grid is not level, is sagging . <br /> 9. Light fixtures need to be cleaned of protective covering pieces. <br /> Office 434 <br /> 1 . Furniture installed in this room. <br /> 2 . Bottom left of the metal frame for view light needs to be repainted, finish is scratched. That is also true of the <br /> inside bottom frame, finish is scratched. . <br /> 3 . All interior walls in Office 434 need to be sanded and repainted where they have been patched and repaired. <br /> 4. Underside of hollow metal window and the heads of the hollow metal window and door frame need to be <br /> sanded, caulked and repainted where they abut the drywall. <br /> 5 . Bottom right side hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. Also true of the left side. <br /> 6. Exterior wall just below the right side of the window sill, carpeting is not secured to the floor that is the <br /> complete length of the exterior wall, carpet has not been cut in properly. <br /> 7. Exterior windows right and left sides where the aluminum window abuts the jambs, paint needs to be cut in <br /> neat and clean. That is also true at the head of the window mostly the center of the window and top and right <br /> corners of the jamb. <br /> 8 . Ceiling tile along the exterior wall approximately just to the right of center of the exterior windows edges area <br /> chipped, not setting flush to the grid. <br /> 9 . Ceiling grid where it abuts the drywall needs to be cleaned of paint in numerous locations. <br /> Office Area 435 <br /> 1 . Door 435 needs to be adjusted does not close, engage in the strike latch. <br /> 2. Outside face bottom edge of metal frame for view light needs to be touched-up with paint and also, top right <br /> above the lockset outside edges need sufficient coats of paint . <br /> 3 . Furniture installed in this room. <br /> 4. Walls where they have been patched and repaired need to be sanded and repainted in numerous locations, <br /> especially on the east wall . <br /> 5 . Hollow metal side light frame approximately the middle of the frame, frame is dent, dents in the frame. <br /> 6. Bottom and top of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 7 . Exterior wall right inside corner above the vinyl base and approximately 30 inches up off the floor <br /> imperfections in the drywall need to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 8 . Right and left jambs need to be touched-up with paint at the inside corners and also the right jamb needs to be <br /> re-caulked where the caulking is cracked. <br /> 9 . Right jamb needs to be sanded and repainted where the irregularity in the drywall has been painted over. <br /> 10. Exterior wall left of quad outlet above the vinyl base and to the left of the outlet drywall is damaged, needs to <br /> be patched and repaired. That is the patch around quad outlet with paint needs to be redone. <br /> 11 . Access panel cover on exterior wall to the left of the exterior window needs to be caulked to the drywall. <br /> 12. Carpet along the west wall not secured to the floor in numerous locations . <br /> 13 . Ceiling tile in front or to the south of the return air grille chipped. <br /> 14.
