Right inside corner at the boxed out column to the right of Door 427 vinyl base is not setting tight to the inside comer this needs to be corrected. 3 . Right side of hollow metal door frame 427 needs to be sanded and repainted complete length. Also, face at the top right hinge irregularity in the paint. 4. Top of hollow metal frame 427 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 5 . Double ceiling grid along the complete length of the east wall at Corridor 431 unacceptable, various in width between the right side of the boxed out column and to the left of Door 427 and the right side of the boxed out column all the way down to the north end. Not acceptable. 6. North wall of Office Area 433 and 434 needs to be sanded and repainted where they have been touched-up with paint. 7. Underside of side light s of Door 433 and 434 where they abut the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the head of hollow metal units 433 & 434 . 8. Drywall above hollow metal units 433 & 434 needs to be repainted, touch-up paint strong variation between original and top up. 9. West wall the common wall with File Room 436 to the left power pole the V northern power pole damaged on the wall. Also, carpet in this area full of drywall mud and ceiling tile pieces, debris. 10. West wall needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up, patched and repaired in numerous areas . 11 . 2x2 light fixture not working just to the right of the boxed out column and Corridor 431 . 12. Ceiling tile to the left of the fire alarm horn strobe at the right outside corner of wall Mechanical Room 117, two ceiling tiles off the wall , tile is damaged. 13 . West wall south end a double grid laid in along the wall, unacceptable. Also, grid joints are very uneven and irregular, this needs to be corrected. Also, the complete length of this wall the perpendicular ceiling grids are not setting flush to the wall grid. 14. Light fixture that is the 2nd light fixture coming off the east wall and the 3rd light fixture coming off the north wall, parabolic lens is damaged. That is also true of the 21d and 3rd light fixtures coming off the north wall and 2"d row of light fixtures coming off the east wall parabolic lens damaged. 15 . 2x4 light fixture coming off the east corner of the north wall or Corridor 431 meets Open Office Area 401 parabolic lens damaged. 16. Ceiling tile 2 ceiling tiles off the boxed out column to the right of Door 427 tiles area chipped . 17 . Ceiling tile 2 ceiling tiles to the left of the free standing column coming off the west wall , 2 ceiling rile to the left or south and 2 ceiling tiles coming off the boxed out column to the east, debris in the grid needs to be removed. Also, in this general area 2 ceiling tiles not setting flush to the grid. 18. Ceiling tile damaged the 4d' full ceiling tile coming off the western center boxed out column and 8d' ceiling tile coming off the west wall, tile is chipped, damaged . 19. 2x4 light fixture coming off the boxed out column to the left of Office 434 the 1 st 2x4 ceiling light fixture in front of the drywall header parabolic lens damaged. 20. Ceiling grid adjacent to the drywall header on both sides needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and set flush and tight to the grid and the wall . Office Area 433 1 . Furniture installed in this room. 2 . Bottom left of Door 433 between the hollow metal sill of the window and the vinyl base, drywall is rough and irregular needs to be sanded, and repainted . 3 .
