Outside face of Door 428 below the lockset in between the middle and the bottom hinge finish needs to be cleaned of paint. 2. All walls that have touched-up needs to be sanded, patched and repainted. 3. Sink faucet needs to be adjusted, will not shut off when the lever handles are turned in the closed position. 4. Hollow metal frame 428 where it abuts the drywall at the head needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 5 . Inside face just above the lockset, edge where it has been patched the door face unacceptable. 6. Inside face below the metal light for view light paint in the finish. 7 . All cabinetry needs to be cleaned, counter tops , etc. 8 . Painters tape on the back splash behind the sink needs to be removed. 9 . Sink needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 10. North wall upper cabinets numerous locations face of the cabinets needs to be cleaned of black marks . 11 . Ceiling grid to the top left of Door 428 needs to be cleaned of paint. 12. No vinyl base installed at the kick of the base cabinet. 13 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of paint on the top edge. 14. Right side of base cabinet the right side of the sink VCT cut in small pieces not acceptable. Conference Room 430 1 . Outside face hollow metal door frame needs to be cleaned of drywall mud where it has been patched and repaired on the left side and below the right side light window. 2. Bottom right and top right of hollow metal frame of the side light window for Door 430 needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. Also, underside of hollow metal window where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted and that is also true at the head where it abuts the drywall. 3 . Left side of hollow metal door frame on the inside where it abuts the drywall needs to be caulked and repainted. 4. West side of Door 430 below the window sill where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 5 . Left side of hollow metal window frame where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted, that is the side light window with unit Door 430. 6. Left inside corner to the left of the hollow metal frame for Door unit 430 vinyl base needs to set flush to the wall . Also, drywall needs to be sanded and repainted where there are pin holes in the finish. 7 . Light switch cover plate needs screws installed and also set plumb and level . 8 . North accent wall at the middle of the wall above the vinyl base hole in the drywall. 9. Left inside corner of north wall vinyl base does not set tight to the inside corner. 10. Acoustical ceiling grid around the perimeter of the room needs to be cleaned of paint where it is adjacent to the east wall. 11 . Center of the wall above the vinyl base dent in the drywall needs to be patched and repaired. 12. To the right of borrowed light BLI 403 drywall mud needs to be removed from the electrical outlet device. Also, in this same location to the top right pin holes in the drywall finish needs to be sanded, patched and repaired. 13 . Underside of borrowed light BL1 430 where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true to the head of BLI 403 where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 14. Protective covering needs to be removed from one 2x2 light fixture. Corridor 431 / Open Office Area 432 1 . East wall of Corridor 431 needs to be sanded and repainted where the wall has been touched-up with paint along the complete length of the wall.
