Head of pocket door 407A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall. 13 . Drywall to the right of borrowed light BLl 408 needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been patched and repaired. 14. Head of borrowed light BLl 408 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the head and the sill where it abuts the drywall. 15 . Left side of borrowed light BLl 408 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and repainted. 16. Left outside comer ceiling tile missing and also ceiling tile not in place to the right of Door 407. 17 . Two ceiling tiles coming off the left corner of Office 430 not setting in place. Also, ceiling tile to right of exit sign tile is chipped. 18. Drywall along the complete length of the north wall from Office Area 430A to west corner of Restroom 426A needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up with paint. 19. BLl 430 to borrowed light bottom right comer hollow metal frame is dented. 20. Underside the head and the sill of this borrowed light BLl 430 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall. 21 . Bottom left corner and the left side needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and repainted. 22. Bottom left of hollow metal frame paint finish has been chipped and painted over, needs to be repainted. 23. Ceiling tiles missing throughout the length of this wall in front of BLl 430, two tiles to the right of Electrical Room 119, one tile to the left of Electrical Room 119 and one tile to the left of Mechanical Room 120. 24. Drywall opening at Electrical Room Door 119 needs to be sanded, patched and repaired . 25 . Hollow metal frame 120 left side of hollow metal frame from floor to top left head unacceptable, drywall is cracking, this needs to be cleaned and caulked neat and repainted . 26. Ceiling grid above Door 120 needs to be cleaned of paint. 27 . Ceiling grid above the drywall header leading to Restroom 425 & 426 needs to be cleaned of paint. 28 . Vinyl base to the right and left of Door 425 cut too short. 29 . Lower drinking fountain needs to be secured to the wall. 30. Left side of hollow metal frame 425 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the head of Door 425 where it abuts the drywall. 31 . Right of Door 426 drywall where it ahs been patched and repaired needs to be sanded and repainted. 32. Hollow metal frame 426 bottom right, needs to be sanded and repainted. Paint finish is rough and irregular. 33. Left side hollow metal frame 426 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, sanded, caulked and repainted. 34. Bottom left of hollow metal frame 426 just above vinyl base screw head exposed, needs to be patched, repaired and repainted. 35 . Head of hollow metal frame 426 where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 36. Drywall header Restroom side edge paint finish is unacceptable right side needs to be redone. 37 . Ceiling tiles in front of Restroom 425 & 426 not setting flush to the grid. 38 . 2x2 ceiling light fixture to the east of Restroom 425 , not setting flush in the frame.
