Bottom right and left corners of Door 421A the metal view light frame is bent. <br /> 2. Areas in this room where walls have been patched needs to be sanded and repainted on all four walls. <br /> 3. Drywall above hollow metal frame 421A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 4. Metal frame for view light on door 422 bottom left low lockset and right side opposite metal hinge paint is <br /> chipped. Also, top left corner paint tape still left in place behind the frame. <br /> 5 . Drywall where it abuts the hollow metal frame 422 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . <br /> 6. Left of Door 422 where the wall jogs top outside corner, comer bead is cracked needs to be patched and <br /> repaired. <br /> 7 . West exterior window right side needs to be cleaned of caulking where it abuts the window sill and left side <br /> needs to be caulked where the sill abuts the drywall jamb. <br /> 8 . Sill needs to be caulked where it abuts the aluminum frame, flush between the sill and the window. Right <br /> now caulking is set below the top edge of the marble sill . <br /> 9. Window sill at the south exterior window at the center of mullions needs to be re-caulked, void in the <br /> caulking. <br /> 10. Left inside comer on the exterior wall VCT base not setting flush and also VCT the cut too short. <br /> 11 . Right inside corner off the south exterior wall base cut too short, gap in the corner. <br /> Rear Entry 423 <br /> 1 . Exterior door 423 hollow metal frame needs to be touched-up with paint. <br /> 2. Exit device needs to be cleaned of adhesive and labeling. <br /> 3 . Door needs to be touched-up with paint. <br /> 4. Removable mullion at exterior Door 423 needs to be painted to match the hollow metal frame. <br /> 5 . Carpeting cut too short, does not extend to the threshold. <br /> 6. Drywall in this area to the left and the right of Door 423 needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been <br /> patched. <br /> 7 . Left drywall jamb left of door 423 bottom edge of vinyl base is split, needs to be repaired. <br /> 8 . Ceiling tile missing in front of the right side door of Door 423 . <br /> 9. Ceiling grid damaged to the left of exit sign . <br /> Corridor 424 & 410 <br /> 1 . South wall running from exterior Door 423A down to Door 407A drywall needs to be sanded and repainted <br /> where it has been touched-up with drywall mud the complete length of the wall. <br /> 2. Top left of Door 422 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted and also bottom left just above the vinyl base <br /> of about 12 inches , irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 3. Drywall header at Corridor 424 just before Restrooms 425 & 426 grid at the header needs to be cleaned of <br /> fingerprints and drywall mud. That is typical of both sides coming from Door 423 and from the Restroom <br /> side. <br /> 4. Acoustical grid above the opening leading into 420 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. <br /> 5 . Electrical outlet to the left of opening at 420 touch-up paint very visible, this needs to be blended in . <br /> 6. Right of Door 412 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and that is also true of the left where it has been <br /> patched and repaired and head of hollow metal frame where it meets the drywall, needs to be sanded and <br /> repainted. <br /> 7 . Right of Conference Room hollow metal frame 411 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. <br /> 8 . Head of hollow metal frame, the hollow metal frame unit for Door 411 A & B , drywall needs to be sanded <br /> and repainted where it has been patched and repaired. Also, head and sill of this window unit needs to be <br /> sanded, caulked and repainted the complete length . <br /> 9.
