Fourth end panel coming off the exterior wall face of end panel plastic laminate missing. Also, 5`h end panel top edge, black marks on the plastic laminate. 11 . Joint between end panels where there are two end panels needs to be caulked or side panels need to be drawn tightly together. 12. 51h end panel coming off the north side of the open shelving units top shelf unit back side back top edge of the plastic laminate end panel is chipped, damaged. 13 . Ceiling grid, 1 " grid coming off the south exterior wall appears to have fire caulking on it, needs to be cleaned. 14. Ceiling tile coming off the right comer of the west exterior window at the sprinkler head ceiling tile is damaged . 15 . Drywall to the right of Door 422 to the right of the top hinge needs to be touched-up with paint. 16. Drywall where it abuts the top of hollow metal frame 422 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 17 . North wall needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up. 18. Free standing boxed out column opposite Restroom Door 422 outside comers needs to be patched and repaired, patched areas need to be sanded and repainted and also, outside corner adjacent to the System furniture very rough and irregular, this needs to be redone neatly. 19. East wall north end drywall around quad outlet needs to be patched and repaired. 20. Drywall header leading between Area 420 and 421 , ceiling grid needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and set flush and level. 21 . Ceiling grid coming off the exterior wall from the left side of the easternmost exterior window and this area 4215 6" grid coming off the exterior wall between the supply and return air grille, grid damaged. That is also true of the grid just to the right of this same area approximately 2 tiles . 22. 4 h full ceiling tile coming off east wall and 7`h full ceiling tile coming off the south wall to the left of easternmost window, tile is damaged . 23 . Two light fixtures one damaged coming off the east wall, that is the center of the space, that is the I " light fixture off the east wall and also the 21d light fixture off the east wall not setting flush in the grid. Approximately 5 light fixtures in from this area the parabolic lenses have been damaged. This is predominately directly off the east end of the Work Room 421 coming off Production wall 420, the I s` and 2"d row of lights. 24. Ceiling tile, the 2nd full ceiling tile coming off the east wall and O ceiling file coming off the north wall at the sprinkler head, fingerprints on the tile. 25 . Ceiling grid on the exterior wall between the two exterior windows needs to be cleaned of paint and also in this same area two ceiling tiles the 1 ' and the 2"d ceiling tile off the wall tiles are damaged. 26. The first 2x4 light fixture coming off the south exterior wall and I " light fixture off the west wall, parabolic lens is damaged. 27. Ceiling grid, the grid coming straight off the left corner of the western exterior window near the A/C grille, edge of grid is damaged in two locations. 28 . Ceiling grid to the left of the fire alarm hom strobe which is to the left of Door 422 in front of the return air grille and to the left of the sprinkler head, grid is damaged. 29. Need to check the drawing it appears to a light missing in the back left corner of the Openwork Area 421 that would be the northwest comer appears to be a light missing. There should be a light fixture, two rows coming off the Muster room 422. 30. 2x4 light fixture that is the 2"d light fixture coming off of Door 422 parabolic lens is damaged. 31 . Plastic covering pieces still on some of the light fixtures needs to be removed. 32. Ceiling tile about the center of the north wall, just left to the power pole, needs to set flush in the grid.
