Complete west wall needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up with paint and drywall <br /> mud needs to be removed from the cover plates of electrical devices. That is also true of the north wall of <br /> Open Office Area 419, numerous areas where it has been touched-up need to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 4. Free standing columns needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up on all four sides . <br /> 5 . Double ceiling grid along the eastern portion of partial east wall of Office Area 411 that is facing into Open <br /> Office Area 419, unacceptable, not running parallel to each other, grid is uneven, tapered and not setting level <br /> or plumb, sagging. <br /> 6. Ceiling tiles around the TE 1 . 1 . 1 .2 Unit that' s off the right corner of Office 416 are damaged and the TE Unit <br /> has fingerprints all over it. <br /> 7 . Ceiling tile to the left of drywall opening, leading into the Document Center 412 at the sprinkler head, <br /> fingerprints on the tile. <br /> Production Room 420 <br /> 1 . South wall needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up with paint on the jambs of the <br /> openings leading into 420 and the south wall that faces into 420. That is also true of all the walls in Area 420 <br /> they all need to be sanded and repainted where they have been patched and repaired . Vinyl base and outlet <br /> cover plates need to be cleaned of drywall mud. <br /> 2. Left and right inside corners at boxed out columns vinyl base doses not set flush to inside corner, voids <br /> behind the vinyl base. <br /> 3 . Ceiling tile coming off the western boxed out column, 2°d ceiling tile is chipped. <br /> 4. Carpet in the center of the room needs to be cleaned of drywall dust. <br /> 5. Perimeter grid at the wall needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall mud, especially at the north and south <br /> walls. <br /> 6. Ceiling grid to the right of the eastern boxed out column , the 3`d grid is damaged. <br /> 7. Ceiling grid at the far right end of east exterior wall double grid has been put in place, needs to be removed <br /> and a full ceiling tile placed in this area. <br /> 8. Ceiling grid above south opening leading into 420 is damaged . Finish is scratched. <br /> 9. Ceiling grid between the south opening and the north boxed out column on the west wall , ceiling grid in this <br /> area fingerprints, finish is damaged, etc. <br /> 10. 2x4 light fixture at the south, north end of the room not setting flush in the grid. Also, in this same area one <br /> ceiling tile not setting flush in the grid. <br /> Work Room 421 <br /> 1 . Furniture completely installed in this space . <br /> 2. Exterior wall the south wall needs to be sanded and repainted where drywall has been touched-up in <br /> numerous locations. <br /> 3 . Right side of east exterior window needs to be re-caulked, caulking is cracked and left side needs to be <br /> re-caulked also. <br /> 4. Westernmost exterior window, center of the window where it abuts the window sill needs to be re-caulked, <br /> voids in the caulking. Also, black material in the caulking. <br /> 5 . Window sill needs to be cleaned of black scratch marks. <br /> 6. Left jamb of western exterior window paint not cut in neatly, overlaps on the frame excessively. <br /> 7. Underside of window sill at the west exterior window needs to be cleaned of glue, paint. <br /> 8. West exterior wall above the open shelving units needs to be repainted where it has been patched and <br /> repaired, needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 9. Joint in the plastic laminate counter top needs to be caulked flush. That is also true of the back splash. <br /> D O N A D I O <br /> & Associates, Architects, P.A. <br />
