Systems furniture completely installed in this area. 2. West wall of Office Area 416 needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been patched and repaired in numerous areas. 3 . Top left inside corner on exterior wall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, about the middle of the inside corner needs to be repainted. 4. Right inside corner drywall jamb needs to be repainted and also the left inside and outside corners just above the window sill. Also, window sill needs to be cleaned of paint on the left edge and the front face . 5 . Window sill needs to be cleaned of paint on the left end and all the front face right side of the window sill . 6. Right and left inside jambs of the easternmost exterior window needs to be repainted. 7. Second exterior window coming off the west wall of Office 416, 5" ceiling grid coming off the left side of exterior window ceiling grid is damaged. 8 . Drywall between the 2n° and 3rd windows coming off the west wall of 416, drywall is damaged at the center of the wall, needs to be patched and repaired. 9. Window sill needs to be cleaned up of paint on the right side edge. 10. Left and right jambs need to be repainted, outside edges and where there is dirt and debris . It . Left jamb where it abuts the aluminum windows needs to be re-caulked, caulking is cracked . 12. Caulking where it abuts the aluminum window is very rough and irregular, needs to be re-done. 13 . Window sill needs to be cleaned of black scratches in the middle. 14. Third exterior window coming the west wall of 416, right edge of window sill needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall mud. 15 . Right drywall jamb needs to be touched-up with paint. 16. Left drywall jamb needs to be touched up with paint and left inside corner between the drywall and the aluminum frame needs to be re-caulked, caulking is cracked. 17 . Fourth exterior window to the west of Office 416 right and left side edges needs to be cleaned of drywall mud . 18 . Bottom left drywall jamb needs to be repainted and also bottom right needs to be patched and repaired, damaged, indentations in the drywall . 19. Top left of aluminum window needs to be cleaned of paint. 20. Ceiling tile coming off the left window pane of the 4 ° exterior window to the left of Office 416, tile is chipped . 21 . Drywall jamb at the aluminum window ahs pulled away from the aluminum window that is the 5'' window to the west of Office 416 or westernmost window approximately 1 /4- 1/8 inch of a gap between the drywall and aluminum window, this needs to be corrected. East wall left outside corner of Production Area 420 needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up with paint around the fire alarm horn strobe.
