Ceiling tile coming off the right side of Door 416 at the sprinkler head debris in the grid, needs to be cleaned out. 21 . Ceiling tile coming off the right hollow metal window pane, 2"d ceiling tile off the corridor north wall , file is damaged. Open Office Area 415 1 . Furniture in place in this area. 2 . Walls need to be touched-up with paint where they have been patched and repaired, needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, fingerprints need to be removed on the wall , that is mostly the north wall . 3. Drywall around fire alarm horn strobe at the right side of the north wall needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 4. Ceiling tile above the fire alarm horn strobe to the right of the return air grille is chipped, damaged. That is also, one right off the wall one tile to the right of the return air grille above the fire alarm hom strobe. 5. Far right corner at the east side of north wall at the sprinkler head, ceiling tile is dirty, damaged. 6. Ceiling tile to the right of the return air grille at the center of the open office space 415 is chipped and grid and frame of the return air grille is dirty. 7. Ceiling grid cut too short that is the 4 h ceiling grid coming off the east wall between the V and 2°d grid coming off the north wall. 8 . East wall needs to he touched —up with paint where it has been patched and repaired . 9 . Ceiling tile to the left of the return air grille, coming off the left corner of Office 403, file is damaged. That is also true of the ceiling tile in front of this same return air grille, tile is damaged . 10. Return air grille frames are full of dirt and debris , need to be cleaned in this general area. Office 416 1 . Metal frame bottom at view light needs to be repainted where it has been scratched. 2. Ceiling tile above Door 416 not installed in the grid. 3 . Furniture installed in this Office. 4. Top left corner of hollow metal window drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Underside of hollow metal window sill where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, in this same area, roughly below the 1" window pane to the left of Door 416 drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. West wall needs to be touched-up with paint and cleaned of dirt and debris. 7. Exterior wall needs to be touched-up with paint below the window sill about the center of the wall and drywall around the electrical outlet on the exterior wall needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall finish is rough and irregular. 8. Drywall jamb to the left of exterior window between the drywall and the window sill needs to be touched-up with paint. 9. Drywall head where it abuts the aluminum window needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted, especially on the top left comer. 10. Ceiling tile coming off the exterior window, 2 ceiling tile off the exterior wall, Y" full tile off the east wall tile is damaged. 11 . Ceiling grid coming off the right or westernmost exterior window, paint on the grid needs to be removed . 12. Top left comer of ceiling tile, mark on the tile.
