Head of hollow metal frame window and door system 414 needs to be repainted, touch-up paint definite visible distinction between that and the original paint. 7. Underside of hollow metal frame window for door unit 414A needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 8. Right side of Door 414A outside edge of hollow metal frame is chipped needs to be patched and repainted. Finish is also irregular on the frame. 9. Vinyl base to the left of Door 414 and the right of Door 416 not setting flush to the wall, full of paint and drywall mud. 10. Hollow metal frame Door 416 bottom right needs to be touched-up with paint where it has been chipped. 11 . Drywall to the right of hollow metal window unit for Door 416 needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up. 12. Underside of hollow metal frame for door unit 416 where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 13 . Ceiling tile chipped the 2nd full ceiling tile coming off the right side of the hollow metal window for door unit 416. Office 414 1 . Furniture installed in this room. 2. Metal frame for view light window needs to be touched-up with paint in the right corner. Paint has been scuffed. 3 . Door 416 needs to be adjusted to close properly, does not engage into the strike. 4. Also, Door 416 needs to be adjusted. Door does not stay in the open position. 5 . Drywall to the bottom left of Door 416 pin holes in the drywall finish needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, hollow metal frame left side from the floor up to the middle hinge needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Ceiling grid on the west wall just to the left of Door 416 needs to be cleaned of paint. 7. West wall about four feet coming off the exterior wall above the vinyl base, damaged drywall. 8. Exterior wall far right corner, inside corner needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 9. Window sill needs to be cleaned of paint and caulked where it abuts the aluminum windows and the drywall jambs. 10. Right side exterior windows from the window sill up approximately 12 inches, needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 11 . Left jamb outside corner above the window sill needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 12. Window sill needs to be cleaned of black marks. 13 . East wall around the quad outlet and data outlet 13D & 14D , general area of this wall needs to be cleaned of drywall dust, needs to be repainted. 14. Left inside comer to the left of inside corner of the exterior wall needs to he sanded, caulked and repainted at the upper portion . 15 . Ceiling grid around the perimeter of Room 416 needs to be cleaned of paint in numerous areas . 16. Top right and bottom right corner of hollow metal window frame needs to be sanded and repainted . 17 . Right side of right jamb, screw on the frame needs to be removed and frame needs to be repaired. 18 . Inside hollow metal frame underneath the sill where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 19 . Hollow metal frame 1 s` interior mullion to the right of Door 416 top and middle of the frame needs to be sanded and repainted. Paint finish very rough and irregular.
