Outside corner of dropped soffit in front of Door 411B needs to be sanded, patched and repainted . 34. Inside corner off of Door 411B needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 35 . East side of dropped header the center of the ceiling area damage in the finish needs to be patched and repaired. Also, top left face drywall screw showing needs to be patched and repaired. 36. Outside corners of the dropped soffit header at the outside edges needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular texture. 37 . South side dropped header drywall ceiling at the outside needs to be sanded and repainted irregular. 38 . Ceiling tile coming off the west wall, V full ceiling tile off the header, 2nd ceiling tile off the south wall tile damaged. That is also true of the next tile caddy corner to the right at the recessed can light edge is chipped. 39 . Two ceiling tiles coming off the smart board about the center of the smart board, V full one off the left side and 2nd full one off the right side, three ceiling tiles in this area finish is scratched. 40. Speaker above Door 411A fingerprints on the tile. 41 . Ceiling tile at speaker above the hollow metal light window that is the 2dmullion coming off of Door 41 IA and also the 3" mullion coming off of Door 411A. 42. Ceiling tile to the south of the return air grille, the return air grille just to the left of Door 411 A, damaged. 43 . Ceiling tile at speaker to the top left of door 411B damaged. 44. Ceiling grid coming off the right corner of Door 41113 third grid off the east wall grid is dirty, damaged. 45 . Ceiling tile off the left corner, the southeast corner, not setting flush in the grid. 46. South wall east corner small lxl the not setting flush to the grid, edges are cut or chipped. 47 . Floor stop needs to be added for Door 411B approximately 12- 16 inches off the wall to the right of Door 41113 . Document Center 412 1 . Top of Door 412 where hollow metal frame meets the drywall, needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 2. Electrical outlet of Door 412 needs cover plate installed. 3 . Right inside comer that is the far right of Door 412 needs to be sanded and repainted above the vinyl base. 4. West wall electrical outlet to the far left drywall is rough and irregular needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, on this west wall above the vinyl base numerous areas need to be touched-up with paint where finish has been scratched or marred. 5. Drywall to the left of Door 412 in the far left corner large area on the wall that is scuffed, dirt marks, etc . needs to be repainted. 6. 3rd ceiling tile coming off the right side of door 412, chip in the tile. 7 . Ceiling grid around return air grille is dirty . 8 . East wall top right corner screw head protruding about 8 inches down below the ceiling needs to be patched and repaired. 9. Ceiling tile to the east of the return air grille, not setting flush to the grid. 10. Light fixtures need pieces of plastic protective wrap removed. North wall of Office 403 complete wall area has been touched up, needs to be sanded, patched and repainted. 2. Left inside outside west corner of the wall , corner has been chipped and damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 3 . West wall Staging Area 406 to the left of Door 405B , area is patched and repaired needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of area around Exit Door 003A.
