Door 411A - Top right and top left of metal view light frame for the view light needs to be repainted, scratch <br /> on the left top and top and right and left comers paint is peeled and has been repainted. <br /> 7. Inside face hollow metal frame for view light right side top right, needs to be refinished and bottom finish <br /> paint is peeling, needs to be repainted. <br /> 8. Top left of hollow metal door frame 411A needs to be sanded and repainted, finish is rough and irregular. <br /> 9. Hollow metal frame right to the right at the strike location of the door, scratches in the metal and paint needs <br /> to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 10. Window stop, the right window stop for the 2nd window pane coming of Door 411B needs to be repainted, <br /> insufficient paint about the middle of the frame. <br /> 11 . Vertical mullion, that is the 3`d vertical mullion coming off the jamb of the Door 411B, finish at the top at eye <br /> level is rough and irregular. Also, in this same location, to the bottom left of the vertical mullion right needs <br /> to be sanded and repainted, very rough and irregular finish. <br /> 12. Hollow metal frame to the right of Door 411 A at the strike and just below scratches in the metal frame and <br /> marks on the paint from the strike down to the floor and going over to the right at the window sill location <br /> needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 13 . The sill at the five pane window the paint finish is very rough and irregular, this needs to be looked at. <br /> 14. Base cabinet counter top needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris, painters tape and paint. <br /> 15 . Back splash needs to be caulked in cabinetry where it abuts the drywall. <br /> 16. Back splash needs to be caulked where it abuts the plastic laminate counter top. <br /> 17 . Joint in counter top needs to be caulked to set flush and that is also true of the joints and the back splash. <br /> 18 . Third cabinet door coming off to the left of Door 411A top right plastic laminate edge is damaged. That is <br /> also true of the bottom left edge of the same door, door is damaged on the plastic laminate edge. <br /> 19. Light switch to the left of Door 411A screw missing. <br /> 20. Drywall around recessed can light switch covers needs to be cut in neat and clean and covers need to be set <br /> flush to the drywall. Also, cover plate for the recessed can light switches are not secured to the light switch <br /> box. <br /> 21 . Underside of drywall header over base cabinet fust light off of Door 411A , imperfection in the drywall and <br /> the underside needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 22. South accent wall in front of the base cabinet between the duplex electrical outlet drywall above the vinyl <br /> base imperfections and dents in the drywall . That is typical from the base cabinet to the boxed out column. <br /> 23 . Right side of boxed out column drywall above the vinyl base imperfection needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 24. Carpet tiles along this south wall joints are very noticeable and protruding needs to be corrected. <br /> 25 . East wall right inside corner vinyl base not cut tight to the corner. <br /> 26. Center of the wall above the vinyl base, below the electrical outlet, dent in the drywall needs to be patched <br /> and repaired. <br /> 27. Light switch to the right of Door 411B screw missing. <br /> 28. Recessed drywall ceiling at the dropped soffit, drywall around the A/C grilles needs to be patched, sanded and <br /> repainted. Painting is chipped, drywall is rough and irregular. <br /> 29. West end of ceiling and the dropped soffit area to the south of the westernmost A/C grille, screw head <br /> exposed, this needs to be corrected. Also, to the west of the westemmost light fixture pinhole in the drywall <br /> needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 30. Dropped ceiling two sides painted accent color, two sides painted white. <br /> 31 . Northwest corner of dropped soffit drywall very irregular on the bottom face, the outside and inside corner in <br /> this general area, rough and irregular. Also, heading to the east approximately 4ft. imperfection on the <br /> underside of the drywall. <br /> 32 . Dropped soffit drywall header to the left of Door 411B coming off the I " mullion between the l s` & 2°d <br /> window panel, face and underside of drywall, fingerprints, needs to be repainted. <br /> D O N A D I O <br /> & Associates, Architects, P.A. <br />
