Ceiling tile in the back left corner of the north wall to the return air grille tile is chipped. 8. East wall center of the wall above the vinyl base needs to be patched and repaired. 9. North end of east wall approximately 12 inches off the vinyl base irregularity in the drywall needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. Top right corner of borrower light BL2 403 at the top right and bottom right center head top left and bottom left needs to be sanded and repainted, paint finish very rough and irregular. 11 . First interior mullion coming off of Door 439 paint finish was chipped and painted over, this needs to be sanded and redone. That is also true of the 2nd interior mullion on the bottom half. 12 . Grid around the A/C supply air grille damaged. Office 440 1 . Outside door 440 right side metal frame for view light needs to be repainted . 2. Office furniture installed in this office . 3 . East wall center of the wall approximately 30 inches up black mark on the wall needs to be repainted. 4. North wall exterior window right and left drywall jamb needs to be repainted, insufficient coats of paint. Also, right and left outside corners need to be sanded and repainted. 5 . Exterior window 2°d vertical mullion coming off the left jamb debris on the caulking needs to be removed and re-caulked. 6. Drywall to the left of exterior window and to the right of the duplex outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, irregularities in the drywall. 7 . West exterior wall below the west exterior window drywall around the quad outlet needs to be sanded and repainted, drywall is irregular. S . Right jamb west exterior window outside comer needs to be sanded and repainted . Also, left jamb inside corner needs to be repainted at the caulking. 9. Left inside comer of the west exterior just above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. Top left inside corner ceiling tile, paint on it and grid is damaged. Also, in this same area one ceiling tile not in place . It . Ceiling grid along the perimeter walls needs to be cleaned of paint. 12. Light switch cover needs screws installed in it. 13 . Ceiling tile to the right of the A/C return air grille damaged. Also, ceiling tile top right of Door 440 not installed. Also, ceiling tile on the far right of Door 440 not installed. Corridor 441 Oven Office Area 442 1 . Right side of Door 436C hollow metal frame needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, in this same area above Door 436C and around this same area grid is dirty. 2. North wall to the left of Door 436C needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up with paint. Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 3 . Left side of boxed out corner and north wall just above the vinyl base indentation in the drywall and the left outside corner needs to be sanded and repainted. 4. Drywall running form the south corner of Coffee Area 428 and the north corner of Conference Room 439, needs to be sanded and touched-up with paint where it has been patched and repaired. 5 .
