Also, bottom left and right corners needs to be cleaned of drywall mud from patched areas. 7. Bottom center of borrowed light BLl 439 the sill needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. 8 . Drywall to the right of Door 440 needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up. Also, right side of hollow metal frame for Door 440 needs to be cleaned of drywall mud and repainted. 9. Right side of hollow metal frame 440 at the middle hinge patched area needs to be sanded and repainted. 10. Drywall from hollow metal frame 440 to the exterior wall needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been patched and repaired. 11 . West exterior wall, exterior window just to the south of Office Area 440 left side jamb needs to be sanded and repainted. Also, bottom left of the window sill mark on the drywall needs to be patched and repaired and repainted. 12. Exterior window 2nd exterior window to the south of Office 440 window sill needs to bee re-caulked where it abuts the hollow metal frame . 13 . Right and left side jambs needs to be sanded and repainted on the outside corners . 14. Right side jamb needs to be sanded and re-caulked at the aluminum frame. 15 . Exterior window the 3`d exterior window to the south of Office 440 bottom right drywall appears to have white staining on it needs to be repainted. That is the right and left side jambs needs to be repainted at the sill at the inside corners and the outside corners . 16. Exterior window the 2nd exterior window to the right or north of Office Area 443 bottom left needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up. Underside of window sill needs to be cleaned of pencil marks and repainted. 17 . Southernmost exterior window on the west wall adjacent to Office 443 and also the south wall adjacent to Office 443 needs to be sanded and repainted where it has been touched-up with paint. 18. Right and left side jambs of the southern exterior window adjacent to Office 443 needs to be sanded and repainted on the outside corners and inside jamb. 19. Caulking at the window sill where it abuts the aluminum frame needs to be redone. 20. Borrowed light BLl 443 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the head and the sill where it abuts the drywall . 21 . Bottom left of hollow metal frame needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. Office 443 1 . Furniture installed in this room. 2. Right side exterior window sill needs to be cleaned of paint. Also, right side and left sides of jamb needs to be touched-up with paint just above the window sill. 3 . Caulking at the center mullion of the window sill needs to be cleaned of debris, black debris in the caulking. 4. Borrowed light BLl 443 hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the head and the sill where it abuts the drywall. 5 . Bottom left needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. 6. Ceiling tile damaged to the right of the return air grille. Office 444 1 . Furniture installed in this room. 2. No lockset on Door 444 or strike in the jamb. 3 . Top left of Door 444 between the hollow metal frame and the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. Also, coming down past the low hinge. 4.
