Vestibule 110 I . Transition strip between ceramic file and VCT not acceptable. Outside edge is raised, irregular. 2. Outside face of Door 110 needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris and painted the same with inside face. 3. Penetrations in the ceiling tile needs to be cut neat and clean. Perimeter ceiling grid have been cut in different areas, this not acceptable. 4. Ceiling the chipped at the sprinkler head above Door 110 and just above the SCTS panel 24S8. 5 . Inside corners of vinyl base do not set tight to the drywell and bottom edges have been split. 6. Head of Door 118 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . Vestibule 111 1 . Ceramic tile base in Vestibule 111 to the right of Door 112 and at the drinking fountain needs to be cleaned of the duraplex finish on the top edge . 2. Ceramic tile in Vestibule 11 I needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 3 . Bottom left of door Women ' s 113 just above the vinyl base, hollow metal frame paint overspray on the duraplex finish. 4. Right side of Door 113 just above the ceramic base paint on the duraplex finish. 5 . Access panel above the drinking fountains is rusting, needs to be primed and repainted and frame needs to be caulked to the drywall ceiling. Men's Restroom 112 1 . Outside face top left of door at the top hinge finish of the door scratched. 2. Inside face by lockset paint on the finish. 3 . Right side of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall finish, needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 4 . Right side of hollow metal frame outside edge needs to be sanded and repainted where the finish has been damaged. 5. Top right above t trop hinge hollow metal frame finished paint has been chipped. 6. Right side of hollow metal frame inside edge needs to be repainted where it has been chipped. 7 . Floor and base needs to be cleaned of paint, drywall mud, etc. 8. Painters tape needs to be removed from all edges and finish repaired where it has been applied over the tape. 9. Wall finish around the diaper changing unit needs to be cleaned of pencil marks . 10. Ceramic tile floor in front of the lavatories need to be cleaned of drywall mud, all over the floor. 11 . Drywall finish to the left of the door leading into the Handi-cap stall needs to be cleaned of green marker. 12. West wall left inside comer needs to be re-caulked and re-grouted, unacceptable. 13 . Ceramic file floor needs to be cleaned of black material around the water closet. 14. Tile around escutcheon plates for the Handi-cap grab bars need to be cleaned of scratches. 15 . Ceramic file underneath the lavatory needs to be cleaned of scratches . 16. Escutcheon plate for drain line needs to be pulled tight to the ceramic file wall . 17.
