Light fixture between the water closet and the Handi-cap urinal recessed can not working. <br /> 19. Back splash needs to be caulked at the vanity where it abuts the drywall finish . <br /> 20. Drywall finish to the right of the soap dispenser and to the right of the front face of the sink counter in this <br /> general area black fingerprints and paint completely all over the drywall finish. <br /> 21 . Ceramic tile needs to be replaced at the drain line where it has been cut to receive the drain line. Opening cut <br /> too large unacceptable. Also, in this same area escutcheon plate needs to be pulled to the ceramic the once it <br /> is fixed. <br /> 22. Right inside corner needs to be grouted neat and clean undemeath the counter top. <br /> 23 . Bottom right inside corner at ceramic file base grout needs to be cleaned, it is excessive. <br /> 24. Ceiling grid where it abuts the drywall ceiling, unacceptable grid is not level and plumb to the drywall, very <br /> rough and irregular and outside edge needs to be completely redone and repainted the complete length. <br /> Women 's Restroom 113 <br /> 1 . Door 113 outside face needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . <br /> 2. 2x2 light fixture in front of door 113 that is emergency fixture not working. <br /> 3 . Ceramic tile floor in front of lavatory and on the counter top full of drywall mud, spatters. <br /> 4. Right side of hollow metal frame need to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 5 . Hollow metal frame needs to be touched-up with paint where it has been chipped . <br /> 6. Fire alarm horn strobe needs to be cleaned of drywall mud. <br /> 7. Floor drain needs to be properly grouted flush to the ceramic tile floor. <br /> S. West wall, right hand side corner top edge needs to be cut in neat and clean , remove paint and grout. <br /> 9. Right inside corner to the right of the water closet voids in the grout and also excessive grout at the top edge <br /> of the ceramic tile. <br /> 10. Ceramic tile grout at the flush valve of escutcheon plate above the flush valve and in the general area needs to <br /> be patched and repaired. <br /> 11 . Grout joint to the left of the lavatory and the Handicap stall needs to be repaired, voids in the grout. That is <br /> also true at the grout joint at the bottom connection angle at the toilet partition. <br /> 12. Ceramic tile grout joint at the center toilet stall left of the flush valve voids in the grout needs to be repaired. <br /> Also, above the flush valve grout needs to be repaired. <br /> 13 . Ceramic tile to the left, that is the water closet adjacent to the lavatory sinks ceramic tile is out of plumb needs <br /> to be corrected. Voids in the grout joints also. <br /> 14. Back splash needs to be caulked properly where it abuts the ceramic tile. Also, dirt and debris needs to be <br /> removed, needs to be a cleaned caulked joint. <br /> 15 . Far left inside comer between the ceramic tile wainscot, the back splash, and the drywall finish voids need to <br /> be filled. <br /> 16. Ceramic tile opening cut too large at escutcheon plate for drain line, this needs to be corrected. <br /> 17 . Under counter left inside corner finish needs to be repaired. <br /> 18 . Ceiling grid to the top left of the lavatory just in front of the dropped header has drywall finish on it, needs to <br /> be cleaned. <br /> 19 . Ceiling grid along the drywall ceiling at the recessed can light unacceptable, voids between the grid and the <br /> ceiling, outside edge finish is chipped, this needs to be repainted. <br /> 20. Drywall at the exhaust fan grille needs to repainted. <br /> 21 .
