Door 114A metal frame of view light on the bottom left and bottom side left needs to be repainted. 2. Tile needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. 3 . Two ceiling tiles missing above Door 114A. 4. Ceiling tile at the sprinkler head above Door 114A two tiles in this area are damaged. 5. Numerous ceiling tiles are not in place in this area. 6. Perimeter of ceiling grid along the walls the complete perimeter of Corridor 114 needs to be cleaned of paint. 7 . Ceiling gird along the boxed out column opposite Door 116 covered with paint, needs to be cleaned. 8 . Ceiling tile in front of door 116 stain on the tile and also to the left of that tile is chipped at the sprinkler head location. 9 . Ceramic file base needs to be cleaned of paint at the top edge. 10. Left side of Door 504 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. That is also true of the head of Door 504 where it abuts the drywall. 11 . Left side of Door 110 needs to be sanded and repainted. That is also true of the head at 110 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 12. Ceiling tiles missing above Door 504 and 110. 13 . Ceiling grid around the return air grille in front of Door 504 has dirt on it. 14. To the right of Door 117 hollow metal frame drywall is not plumb, bottom right frame flush to the drywall , top edge is out approximately 1/4 of an inch. Also, right side of this boxed out column area to the right of Door 117 needs to be sanded and repainted above the tile. 15 . Right inside corner to the right of Door 506 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted . 16. Outside edge of hollow metal frame 506 needs to be sanded and repainted. 17. Top head of hollow metal frame where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 18. Right side of hollow metal frame 116 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted at the drywall. That is also true at the left side and the head. 19. Wood trim around elevator needs to be caulked in place . 20. Push button for elevator is not plumb and level to the floor. 21 . Ceiling grid coming off the left of Door 114 approximately the 3rd grid, damaged. 22 . Ceiling tile directly in front of exit sign coming off of Door 114, damaged. 23 . Ceiling grid to the left of the sprinkler head that is just in front of the exit sign in front of Door 114, fire caulking on the grid needs to be cleaned. 24. Ceiling tile damaged that is the tile coming off the left side of the fire extinguisher cabinet to the left of Door 116, center of the hallway. 25 . Ceiling tile coming off the left top corner of Door 506 the I " ceiling file off the wall is damaged. 26. Ceiling tile coming off the boxed out column to the left of Door 117 the 3rd and 6`h ceiling tiles are damaged and also grid in this area finish has been chipped. 27 . Ceiling grid to the right of Door 117 at the sprinkler head finish is damaged. Office 116 1 . Inside face bottom right of glass paint needs to be removed. Also, left side where the glass abuts the metal frame needs to be cleaned of paint. 2. Bottom sill of metal frame for view light finish is peeling, needs to be repainted. Also, top left paint overspray, not acceptable . Paint runs in the frame. 3 . Furniture installed in this area. 4. South wall west end to the right between the fire alarm horn strobe and the right inside comer, drywall finish is damaged, needs to be patched and repaired.
