East wall electrical outlet to the right of clean out cover plate outlet electrical device needs to be cleaned of <br /> paint and cover plate needs to be set level and plumb. Also, directly above this electrical outlet approximately <br /> 36 inches drywall finish is damaged. <br /> 6. Ceiling grid above Door 116 needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 7. Ceiling tile, two ceiling tiles in front of Door 116 stain on the tile. <br /> 8 . Ceiling tiles along the east wall not setting flush to the grid in numerous areas. <br /> 9 . Two ceiling tiles not in place in this room toward the back west end of the room. <br /> 10. Ceiling tile to the left of the sprinkler head on the north wall that is the westernmost sprinkler head, tile is <br /> damaged. <br /> 11 . Two ceiling tiles 2" full ceiling tile off the west wall and 2nd & O full ceiling tile off the south wall, tiles area <br /> damaged . <br /> 12. Ceiling tile 3`d ceiling tile off the south wall just to the left of the westernmost sprinkler head fingerprints on <br /> the tile. <br /> 13 . Ceiling tile approximately 4 full ceiling tiles of the south wall and 4 full ceiling riles off the east wall, finish is <br /> damaged. <br /> Mechanical Room 117 <br /> 1 . Door 117 outside face needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . <br /> 2. Floor stop needs to be added to Door 117 as it gets in close to the 900 open position. <br /> 3. Transition strip need to be added between the ceramic tile floor and the concrete floor in Mechanical Room. <br /> 4. All penetrations in the walls need to be sealed off for Code. <br /> 5 . All cracks in the walls needs to be patched and repaired. <br /> 6. Piping running from air handler 113 and 114 is below 6ft. 8 head height. This needs to be marked <br /> appropriately. <br /> Data Room 118 <br /> 1 . Outside face of Door 118 needs to be cleaned of paint, same with inside face. <br /> 2. Right side, top and left side of hollow metal frame needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 3 . Top left of hollow metal frame 118 drywall is irregular. <br /> 4. Hollow metal frame needs to be repainted above the strike. <br /> 5 . V91 outlet needs to be set plumb and level on the wall to the left of door 118 . Also, drywall around V91 <br /> needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 6. Plywood back board needs to be touched-up with fire treated paint where the finish has been damaged. <br /> 7 . Back right corner VCT tile not setting flush to the floor. That is also true of the back left comer. <br /> 8 . Ceiling tiles missing above the Siemens Security panels. <br /> Electrical 119 <br /> 1 . Hollow metal frame where it abuts the masonry opening needs to be caulked. <br /> 2. Floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 3. All penetrations in the masonry need to be sealed off according to Code. <br /> 4. All penetrations through the floor used and unused need to be sealed. <br /> 5 . Concrete floor area behind the transformer needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 6. Electrical outlet the bottom right of panel PIW2 opening cut too large in the masonry , this needs to be <br /> patched and repaired. That is also true of electrical outlet to the bottom left of electrical panel PIW. <br /> 7 . Top right Door 119 cut out for Junction box in the wall not being used, this needs to be verified if active or <br /> not. <br /> D O N A D I O <br /> & Associates, Architects, P.A. <br />
