Outside face inactive door center of the door between the first middle and bottom hinge finish is damaged. 2. Mechanical Room 120 door is locked. Unable to punch out at this time . Vestibule 504 1 . Hollow metal frame 504 no silencers installed. 2 . Vinyl base in this area needs to be cleaned of drywall mud on the top edge at the corners. 3. Right side of hollow metal frame and the head where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 4. Ceiling grid above Door 504 and to the left of 504 from around the perimeter of the room needs to be cleaned of paint. 5 . Drywall to the left of Door 502 leading to the Chambers just above the vinyl base needs to be sanded and repainted. 6. Drywall on the outside radius between Door 502C and 504B about the center and approximately 30 inches off the floor, drywall finish is rough and irregular, needs to be sanded and repainted. 7. Boxed out column to the right of Door 504B outside edge needs to be sanded and repainted. 8. Door 504B at the exterior door carpet is not setting flush to the threshold. 9. Vinyl base to the right and left at the drywall jambs of Door 504B needs to be set tight to the drywall . 10. Light switch to the left of Door 504B drywall needs to be sanded and repainted, rough and irregular. 11 . Drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted on the left side of frame 504B . 12 . Double ceiling grid above Door 505 and to the left of Door 505 very rough and irregular, not acceptable. 13 . Ceiling tiles missing above Door 502 and just to the left of Door 502. 14. Ceiling grid perpendicular to Door 504 coming off the left side, finish is damaged . 15 . Two ceiling tiles coming off the left side of Door 504B above the fire extinguisher cabinet finish damaged. 16. 2x4 light fixture above exterior Door 504B and in front of the exist sign, one bulb is out, not working. 17 . Outside corner opposite Door 505 bottom 18 inches in the center comer bead damaged, Needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. 18. Fire alarm hom strobe needs to be cleaned of paint. Lounge 505 1 . Inside face of Door 505 needs to be cleaned of paint. 2. Ceiling tiles not in place in numerous areas throughout. 3 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of drywall mud, dirt and debris. 4. Top of hollow metal frame 505 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall. 5 . Exterior window on the north wall aluminum frame needs to be cleaned of dirt, debris and paint. 6. Drywall sill needs to be cleaned . 7 . Right and left side jambs needs to be repainted and jamb needs to be cut in neat and clean where they abut the aluminum frame. 8. Counter top needs to be cleaned of paint at the back splash. 9. Drywall along the GFI outlets above the counter needs to be sanded and repainted . 10. Drywall to the left of the sink and below the upper cabinets, damaged, needs to be patched and repaired. 11 . Counter top at the top edge to the left of the sink in numerous areas plastic laminate is chipped. 12 . To the left of the sink just above the bottom left corner plastic laminate is chipped, unacceptable. 13. Ceiling grid above the upper cabinets where it abuts the drywall needs to have paint removed and also voids between the grid and the wall, unacceptable. 14.
