Bottom left of hollow metal frame 507 approximately 3ft. up off the floor needs to be sanded, caulked and <br /> repainted. <br /> 18 . Hollow metal frame head where it abuts the drywall needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted. <br /> 19 . 2x2 ceiling tile coming off the left corner of Door 507 damaged. <br /> 20. Ceiling grid around the open dining area needs to be cleaned of paint. Same with the vinyl base . <br /> 21 . Drywall around the electrical outlet just below the light switch in the dining area needs to be repainted, dirt <br /> marks on the wall . <br /> 22. Inside comers of the header need to be repainted. <br /> 23 . Carpeting where it abuts the kick for the base cabinets needs to be cut in neat and clean , raveled edge. <br /> 24. Outside corner to the right of fire sprinkler in Room 509 screw heads and dimples in the finish of the drywall, <br /> corner bead bent up by the signage needs to be sanded, patched and repaired. <br /> Storage Room 506 <br /> 1 . Door 506 view light frame needs to be sanded and completely repainted on the outside and inside face. <br /> 2 . Wall mounted door stop needs to be added. <br /> 3. Right side of hollow metal frame, metal trim tab exposed on the frame at the floor. <br /> 4. Transition strip needs to be set neat and clean . <br /> 5 . Vinyl base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris . <br /> 6. Head of Door 506 needs to be sanded, caulked and repainted where it abuts the drywall . <br /> 7. Ceiling grid around exterior wall needs to be cleaned of paint. <br /> 8. Hollow metal frame to the left above the strike needs to be touched-up with paint. Also, hollow metal frame <br /> where it abuts the floor on the hinge side needs to be sanded and repainted. <br /> 9. Vinyl base to the left of door 506 needs to set flush to the small inside corner, drywall mud needs to be <br /> removed from the vinyl base . <br /> 10. Inside comers of vinyl base not set tight to the comers . <br /> 11 . Right screw needs to be added in light switch behind Door 506. That is also true of the light switch cover to <br /> the left of Door 506. <br /> 12. Drywall damaged due to locked door handle, large hole in the wall behind Door 506. <br /> 13 . Electrical outlet and device needs to be cleaned of paint and drywall to the left of Door 506. <br /> Men's Restroom 507 <br /> 1 . Door 507 needs to be cleaned of paint on the outside face . <br /> 2 . Plastic wrap needs to be removed from the paper towel dispenser. <br /> 3 . Ceramic tile base needs to be cleaned of paint and scuff marks. <br /> 4. Painters tape has been left on the top of the ceramic tile base and the wall finish has been put over the painters <br /> tape. Painters tape needs to be removed and wall finish repaired as much as required. <br /> 5 . Ceramic tile floor needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 6. Ceramic tile walls needs to be cleaned of marker. <br /> 7 . Ceramic tile over the sink, at the drain line, is broken and cracked, cut too large.This needs to be replaced and <br /> escutcheon plate pulled to the ceramic tile wall. <br /> 8 . Ceramic tile, left joint, left inside corner to the left of the lavatory needs to be cleaned and have a neat finish. <br /> Also, left inside corner of the ceramic file base needs to be cleaned of dirt and debris. <br /> 9.
